The thing about space heaters is safety. First, you should never have a space heater left alone in a room with you not in it. There are so many things with space heaters that are a safety challenge. If you're going to use one, just use it safely. Make sure you plug it in directly to an outlet. And never, never go to sleep with a space heater on.
