We're in Walmart today and I'm here to talk to you about indoor air quality. You know, last time I talked to you about air filters at Lowe's, which ones to choose, which ones not to choose. Here we're talking about indoor air quality and air fresheners. I know you love them. I think the last stat I saw was 73% of Americans use some type of air freshener. So this is the wall of air fresheners here at Walmart. Sprays, plugins. Um, again, last stat I saw, 73% of Americans use some kind of air freshener. Take a look at this. So when you see the plugins and when you turn on the back, anytime you see the word fragrance, that is not good. The F-word is the problem. So when you see the F-word in detergent or sprays or any kind of bottle, that is going to emit VOCs into there. That is going to cause problems. The EPA says indoor air is worse than outside air 5 to 10 times. How is indoor air 5 to 10 times worse? Carpets, paints. We're spraying this stuff in the indoor air to try and improve it, but we're not improving it, we're creating more problems. I'm going to show you a few more products. Uh, I was, uh, in the middle of, uh, some team members here at Walmart, so I'm giving them space to, uh, clear out so I can film. So free and clear is always the way to go, and this brand here is plant-based, but they also have one in lavender. Stay away from this one. If you read this one, it's only got 10 ingredients. Boom. If you read this one, it has 12 ingredients, but guess what? It's got the F word. That's not good. Stay away. Stick with the free and clear. Anytime you get a free and clear on anything, get rid of the F word. That's good for your environment, for your body, allergies, uh, better for the air. So try it out. Free and clear is the way to go. Let me see if I can get back to her. Ow. Hey, we're back, we're back. All right, so let me show you one more, um, but it's going to be a theme throughout most of these. Uh, whenever you see the F word, you see right there, that is a problem. Stay away from the F word. Stay away from sprays, or it'll say natural propellant. The propellant is butane or propane to get it to be an aerosol. So stay away. Yeah, and use time to go natural with either things you make or things you can buy that are natural. Stay away from the F-word. Improve that indoor air quality because again, that's going to emit VOCs, which is going to cause breathing problems and other things in your home. Right now, from the carpet, from the paint, from from the wood. You already have those present in the home, so let's not add to it. Especially when you're cleaning, if you see some of these cleaning products, you can turn it over on the back and it'll say use in well-ventilated areas. That's because it's not good for you. It needs ventilation. So check those out. Free and clear, the way to go. Any questions, let me know in the comments. And let me know what else you want to see on my next video. Car fresheners— almost forgot car fresheners. Same thing, Effort. Stay away from the Effort. Use natural stuff, natural diffusers. They have these correct essentials not just saying essentials. Make sure the F-word isn't in there. But you can use that. Follow directions. You can use natural essential oils that are healthy, but follow directions, but stay away from the F-word.
