TRIP TO HOUSTON | Derek 01

What's up guys? In the hotel room taking a break from the meeting. Hey guys, Derek Cole here. The main problem we see any season is dirt. What's up guys, headed to Charlotte, flying out to Houston for a meeting. Um, that should be good for the franchise leadership team, franchisee leadership team. I wanted to document my thoughts real quick on what's going on with the market. Facebook, guys, Facebook is where it's at. If you're not on Facebook for your business, if you're not posting videos, I mean, Facebook video is huge, huge. Many of you have Facebook on your phones. You see that the live video is now the second tab at the bottom, so you get a notification every time someone you follow goes live. I mean, livestream is going to be huge. Facebook— I mean, the video platform on Facebook is already huge, so you and I. Hey, what's up, Instagram? I just want to say thank you. Uh, the positivity video has gotten some views, a lot of feedback. People have said things to me, so thank you for that. Thank you for watching. Even if one person watches whatever thoughts are in my head and takes time to do that, I really appreciate it. But all the feedback's been great. I'll do more stuff like that. Hey, what's up guys? Sorry for the, uh, bad lighting. I'm in the car waiting. But as I read through some of the comments on Facebook and Twitter and Instagram these last few days because of the holiday, it's just a lot of negativity. And I've been really pushing being positive and, you know, going forward instead of wishing the way things were. And that kind of goes back to being negative. A lot of you are talking negative and jumping on the bandwagon of the news, whatever is negative in the world. It's things you can't control. So I'm not saying my approach is any better than anybody else's. I'm just saying when you start thinking positive and seeing the bright side of things and focusing on things you can control, uh, things start to change. Um, many of you know me personally, and you know that I'm not that negative. You know, I come with it with the glass half full versus half empty. Again, not saying that's a better approach, but I think a lot of you will be a lot happier if you look at the positive side of things and stop being so negative because no one really cares. No one's really listening. So be positive. I mean, there's nothing you can do about it. In those situations, but you can control what happens to you in your life. Um, but for now, I'm boarding this flight to Houston, so I'll see you later. You have to jump on that bandwagon. I mean, post a few videos, get it down, get going, uh, stop going around, push. Marketing, pushing your products every single time you post. Uh, it's not a flyer or an ad. You're posting value, you're posting content that people need to know about and will help them in the long run. All around the night.
