A short excerpt from a Derek Cole YouTube video ("We Solve HVAC Problems", uploaded by Derek Cole) in which the speaker criticizes using temporary "band-aid" fixes for moisture or mold on walls. The speaker urges diagnosing and fixing the root cause of growth on walls, offering lasting HVAC/home-repair solutions while acknowledging some homeowners may prefer cheaper temporary approaches.
Putting a band aid on it, not solving the problem, not getting to what's, you know, there's something growing on the wall. Just clean the wall. It'll be fine. No, it's going to come right back.
