Learn how to reorder layers in Canva video so elements stack the way you want. Select a layer in the Position menu and step it backward to move it behind other elements, like putting a dog image behind your webcam feed.
Your Canva video has layers, meaning things stack on top of each other as you add them. And right now this picture of a dog is on top of my webcam view, which I don't want. So to fix that, I need to change the layer order and to do that I need to select the layer I want to change. So in this case, the one with a dog, I'm going to come up to the top where it says position. And then these are all of my layers, all the way from the background on the bottom, it's just a plain white background to my background image, etc. And so what I'm going to do is click on the layer of the dog. I'm going to reposition it. I just moved it behind that text, so now we can see that text layer. I'm going to move it back one more. And now it's behind my webcam and my webcam is properly positioned for me to be able to see it. To go deeper on Canva video creation tips, see the rest of this playlist.
