A short beginner tutorial (desktop, mac, free version) showing how to create a new project in Capcut and import media by dragging files from the computer into the blank project. The instructor demonstrates creating a project and dropping files into the timeline/workspace; further editing is deferred to lesson two.
This is part one of a playlist on how to use capcut. As a beginner, I'm using the desktop version, so if you want to have the exact same view, you'll need to download this to your desktop. I'm also on a Mac and I am on the free version, so without further ado, click on the Create button to Create Project to go ahead and get into your first project. And by default this is just blank. There's no files in here yet. So what we're going to do is come to your computer, find something you want to edit, and then just simply click on it and drag it in to import it. Just drag it in and drop it. And I'll see you in lesson number two to see how we can start editing this.
