A short tutorial explaining how to enable Descript's beta feature 'Underlord'. The speaker guides the user through the app menus to turn on the 'New Underlord Beta' toggle so Underlord becomes available to accept editing instructions.
Open the Hamburger menu (top left) → Settings → General tab → scroll to Labs → toggle 'New Underlord Beta' on.
In order to use descript's amazing new Underlord feature, you have to activate it. It's not on by default because it's currently a beta feature, so to do that from any project, go up to the Hamburger menu in the top left, come down to where it says Settings, and in the Settings page, make sure you're on the General tab, and then scroll down in here to the section that says Labs. Right there it says New Underlord Beta. Come over to the right and you're going to see this toggle. Just click that on and as soon as you close it, you now have underlord. See it right there? You click on that and now you can start typing your instructions to underlord, and it's going to edit your video for you.
