To adjust colors of your video in descript, have the layer that you want to modify colors for selected by clicking on it, and then click on the layer button on the right side. And down at the bottom, there's a thing that says Effects, a section that says Effects. Hit the plus button, and right towards the top, there's a button that says color Adjustments. Click on that. And when you click on these little dials next to it right there, you can see this is where you can change your exposure, your contrast, highlights, and this is it. This is all the options you get. There is no fancy color wheel, so you're, you're sort of limited compared to some more advanced softwares. But you can at least do these basic things for color grading.
