How to add blur to your entire Descript video: select it, open the Layer panel, click Effects, and choose Blur. You can adjust the intensity with the radius slider or pick a preset. The blur applies to the whole video, not just a specific region, and you can remove it anytime.
Here's how to blur your video in descript. First select the video you want to add the blur to by clicking on it and then click on the Layer button on the right side. Open it up. Down at the section that says Effects, click on the plus button and right here towards the top there's a button that says Blur. Go ahead and click on that and you can see it immediately applied it. Now the thing about the blur in descript is it applies to the whole video. I can't just blur my face for example, or a certain section. It's all or nothing. There's some ways around that that I won't go into right now, but you can also change how intense the blur is with the radius. You can change the type of blur, super blur, blurry, etc. And that'll automatically change the default size of that blur. Or you can remove it with this minus button right there.
