To customize your YouTube channel, that is to change your profile image, to change your banner or what is written here on your your preview hit Customize channel. You'll come to this page, which is your channel customization page. We're starting on the layout and the first option you have is to pick a channel trailer for people who haven't subscribed yet. So when someone's visiting your channel for the first time and they're not subscribed, you can click Add and it'll browse through your entire library of videos. And I'm going to find my trailer and this is my channel trailer. So I'm going to click on it and that's now set. And then below that you have a featured video for returning subscribers. So these are people who are already subscribed and this is the video that they're going to see when they come to your channel page. Click on Add. Once again, you can scroll through your library of videos and pick anyone that makes the most sense that you want to show returning subscribers. So I'm going to go ahead and do that and I'm just going to pick this one. And it's now applied below that you have featured sections. So this is. You can feature up to 12 different sections. And I use the for you one, which is YouTube, will recommend content based on the viewer's interest. So it'll use the algorithm to look through your library and match up the best ones for that particular viewer. Member recognition is if you're monetized, you can have members, people that pay to subscribe to your channel. So you probably won't see that until you're monetized. You can have a popular videos one where it'll just have your most viewed videos in order all the way down to your least viewed. And then you can have playlists and to add any of those, you can just click add section and then choose from any of these ones here. So if I add like a Live now, for example, then if I'm currently streaming, it'll show my currently streaming video at the top of my featured sections. And I'm actually gonna leave that there. If I'm not streaming, nothing will show there. And you can reorder these with these little lines on the side and you can just drag them up and down to reposition those. Once you've got that done, you've got that all set how you want. Click on the publish button at the top and then we'll move on to branding. This is where you can set your logo, your little profile picture, your banner, and if you want a watermark. And with all these, you can just click on the upload button, scroll through your computer, find the image you want, and then place it. And then lastly, we have basic info. So you can choose a name. This is what shows up when you leave comments and when you're when people are seeing thumbnails of your video, this is what shows up. This is your handle. So it's your, your link, YouTube.com this case, descript mastery, and then your description. You can type whatever you want, up to a thousand characters for a description. You can add languages, you can add links right here. So link title, the URL, and then that's what's going to show up on your channel page. And lastly, you can set an email where people can contact you through your channel page.
