Today, you're going to learn how to improve Descript's transcription accuracy. If you have an uncommon name or business name, or there's some other word that you find yourself saying often that Descript can't seem to transcribe right, I'm going to show you a feature called Transcription Glossary that will help Descript get a little bit better at recognizing those uncommon words here in our project. If you go to the D logo in the top left, go ahead and click on that. Come on down to Tools over here. On the right, click Transcription Glossary. This window opens up and all you do here is add the words and or phrases that Descript keeps getting wrong. After each word, hit Enter on your keyboard such that each word has its own line on this list. A couple things to point out here. This feature only works in English as of now, and Descript doesn't recommend adding more than 30 words total to this list. But once you've got your words added, go ahead, come down to the bottom right and hit Done. And now, the next time you transcribe your files, there's a higher chance that Descript's transcription engine will get those uncommon words correct.
