So if you're just joining us, like I said, I want this to be a very intimate conversation for those of you who are here live, you know, ask your questions. I know that there's people calling in from all over the world, all different time zones. So thank you for joining me in the middle of the night here too. So today I'm going to be covering the five part formula to 10 extra digital product revenue in 90 days and the formula that I'm going to be walking you through today. And the, the strategies here, if you would, are basically what I use in all of my brands, all of my online brands and I'll for those of you who might not know me, and I'll go into a little bit more about that in just a second. But I have two Shopify stores, I have the hobby school brand, I have my personal brand. We have an app that we just launched with the newsletter Profit Club. So you know, I use these strategies in all of those different online businesses, and they work for business growth. So basically what I wanted to do was take a few minutes and share these with you today because I definitely think that this will help you in your planning, in what you're doing for the next 90 days. And my goal is for you, is to help you, I should say, to basically have fourth quarter of this year, so fourth quarter of 2024, your highest revenue quarter ever. So that's my goal. That's what I want to help you with. And we can do all of this even if you're working just a few hours per week or part time, Because I know a lot of you out there. You're juggling a lot of things. You might have another job. I teach. I'm a college marketing professor, so I teach graduate marketing courses. So this isn't the only thing I do. So I can relate to that, too. So I know all of you might have other. You might have, you know, little kids at home. You're super, super busy. So I want to make sure that we're really maximizing what you are focused on in fourth quarter so you can have your highest revenue quarter ever. So I'm going to be keeping an eye on the chat and the questions, so definitely put them there. I'll, you know, kind of keep an eye on that and answer them throughout this. I want this to be a very intimate conversation. There's not hundreds of people on this call. So we want. We want to make sure that for everybody's here that we're, you know, maximizing our time. So let me know in the chat, I'd love to know where you are, what's your name, what do you do and how you help people. That will help me kind of tailor the conversation and the information for you today so we can make it so very relevant. So let us know everybody in the chat, give us your name, let us know where you are, where you're located. And I'm just going to take a look. Down here we have somebody from Michigan and Carrie, she owns a home organization business in the B2C market. Love the B2C market. I have Hobby School, which is a B2C brand. I love both B2C and B2B. So I can speak to both of them. A lot of people coming through. Megan, she's a Monty mentor. I live in north Georgia. Well, Megan, I live in north Georgia, too. Suburbs of Atlanta, but technically north north Atlanta, I should say. I don't know where you are in north Georgia, but we're probably Very close to each other here. I'm Shannon. I live in Salt Lake City. I run a school that teaches people how to train dogs and start their own dog training businesses. Love that. Sydney E. From Ontario. I help digital course creators with graphic and offer design. I know her and her designs are fantastic. I love using them in my business too. Karen Creel. She lives in Georgia. She teaches people how to grow fresh organic vegetables. Oh, Karen. So you're in this presentation. I just want to know. Karen's actually one of my coaching clients here. Megan says she's in Dalton, Georgia. So, Megan, you're definitely further north than I am. Sandy's from Knoxville, Tennessee. She teaches how to creatively Bible journal digitally. I love that. So thank you so much for sharing all of that. I love reading all of that because that's going to definitely help me kind of tailor the conversation. Like I said, we're going to have a very intimate conversation today. The other thing I just want to mention and you know, I want everybody who's on this call today know, I want you to know that you can do this. I know sometimes when we're in the online world and we have a launch that doesn't go as well as we want it or we, you know, send out an email or we're struggling to do something or, you know, I could name probably a hundred different scenarios that's happened to me over the years. And you know, you can do this. And I just want you to know that if a mom with four kids at home, all under five can do this, you can do this. If a grandmother can do this, you can do this. If anyone on here can do this, we all can do this. I would say that probably the attribute that makes the most that keeps people going in the online world and keeps them from get just giving up is that can do attitude where you know, even if something doesn't go right, they're willing to try again. You don't need a doctoral degree to do this. You don't need a master's degree to do this. You don't need to have a business background or a marketing background to do this. You just need to be willing to test things out, try things, get in front of your audience and just serve them. Not everything's going to go perfectly. Not everything goes perfectly. For me, I launched a business one time, an app one time, and this was around it. Actually, I should tell you the story about in just a second I launched it was hello Content before we made it into the hello Content shop. But it was an App and it did like AI, so people would, you know, basically go in, type in what they were trying to do. They were trying to write an email or whatever and it would give them, you know, it would write that email form. Well, we launched this in November two years ago. I'm trying to think if I'm getting my dates right. November of two years ago. Well, what happened in November of two years ago? That's when Chat GPT came out and was offering free access to everybody. So we had just launched this app. We were trying to charge for it. It was like an AI writer type app, if you would. And then ChatGPT came out, I think like a week after we had launched with their free Chat GPT offer. It killed the app basically. You know, it was, it was almost impossible to get people to buy something that they could essentially get for free. And at that point in time, Chat GPT, even though it just launched, it was doing pretty good. So. But we didn't give up. We, you know, pivoted, did some other things with that particular brand. So I just want you to know that everybody here can do this and I'm going to keep my eye on the chat because we definitely want to make, I want to make sure I'm answering everybody's questions. I know that a lot of you probably know me, so I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this, but I'm a college marketing professor. Like I said, turn online entrepreneur. I still teach at the graduate level teaching graduate marketing courses. I'm the host of the Creators MBA podcast. I also have a podcast with Hobby School. That's another brand that I own and I'm a certified business growth coach and my focus is helping digital product entrepreneurs. So if you have an online course, if you have a membership, you have low cost digital products. You know any, any type of digital product like that, I'm your person, like that's what I love. That's my passion, that's who I love to help. So like I said, I have my personal brand, I have my hello content which is a Shopify store with digital products. We have our hobby school brand where we do like online learning virtual summits, mostly in the B2C type market. We actually have one coming up in a few weeks. It's called the Heart Art of Handmade Summit. So super excited about that. I looked this morning. We have already, you know, a few thousand people registered for that event. So super excited about that. And then I have my newsletter, Profit Club Club, which is a collaboration app. So Basically, if you have a newsletter and you want to find other newsletter operators to collaborate with, you can do that. With that, we're offering free lifetime access there. And I have my newsletter profit club membership, you know, and I just want to tell you just a little bit about my story. Some of this, I never shared this before in my life. So you, some of you are hearing some of the things I'm going to talk about in just a second. But I just want you to know that it always, it hasn't always been easy for me. Yes, I've been in marketing for many, many years. I don't even want to tell you the number because I'm going to date myself, but I've been in marketing for many, many years. You know, been in business, worked in corporate marketing before I started teaching. Did that for a while. And then I knew I wanted to start my own business and I knew I wanted to teach online because I love teaching. What I'm doing with you guys today is something that I love to do. I actually wish I could do it all the time because I just love teaching and I love helping people. So in 2018, I started my own business. You know, when you first start out, you're doing the normal things, right? You're trying to. And some of you are probably at this stage today. You're trying to really get really clear on your ideal customer, how you can serve them, you know, what messaging you should use in all your maybe social media content and that, so on and so forth. So took me a little while to kind of figure all of that out. Very normal. So if you're in that stage, that's very normal. In 2019, I did really dipped my toes in a Facebook ad consulting role. So I had some Facebook ad clients really dug into that, really trying to help, you know, some people who had like courses, memberships and so on and so forth could, you know, basically fill up their launches, if you would. That's also when I launched my creators MBA podcast. So it's been out there for several, several years now. And if you've ever heard me tell the story, what happened. When I was a Facebook ads consultant, my family and I were at Watercolor, Florida. We were, you know, going down the beach. If any of you ever been down to Watercolor, Florida, it's down near 30A. I mean, it's absolutely beautiful there. We love going there every single year. So we were down there and I had a Facebook ads consultant whose Facebook ads work performing as well as he liked. So I had my family's going down the beach. I had to stay back and you know, work on that client. And I came back from that vacation, I'm like, never again. I said, I am getting out of this service based business. And that's when I went all in on digital products. So I did that 2020-2021. The other thing that happened in 2020, which I've never talked about, but I really want to talk about the story because I want you guys to know that it's hard for everybody, right? We all struggle, we all run into issues and I don't know if I can do this without crying. Give me one second. So I'm going to try, then I'm going to keep going. So in 2020, I lost my son to childhood cancer. So that was very difficult. But, you know, just kept moving on. I didn't want to, I didn't want to stop. I still wanted to stay in my business. And, you know, that's it really. I just kept going on. 2020 and 2021 were a little bit of a blur to me, if I'm being honest. And then 2022 started to get back to normal. That's when I launched the hobby school brand. And if you've ever listened to my podcast on that is actually a very interesting story. So we were down at Watercolor, Florida. Again, we were on vacation. My family hadn't gotten up yet. And, and I'm seeing all the comments here. So thank you. Thank you guys. I really appreciate that. We were down at Watercolor, Florida. I was on one of those domain name generator sites. Now this is, this is really before chat GPT got it kind of got out there. But I was on a domain name generator site and I was looking up and I came across this brand name. I'm like, hobby school. I'm like, I think I can do something with that. That sounds really cool. I think I can turn that into something. And that's when I launched that particular brand. And if you've ever heard that story, you know, go back and listen that podcast. But some of the things we did in the beginning didn't like work. Surprise, surprise, you know, some of the things you're doing might not work. We started out doing like these paid bundles and I said, I'll grow that brand. That that didn't work. We were selling the bundles, but it really wasn't growing the brand like I wanted it to. And that's when we pivoted to virtual summits. And that definitely made a difference in our business. And we were able to grow that brand. We were able to grow our email list and we were making money from the virtual summits and some other things that we were doing there. And then in 2023, I got really focused in 2023 on email list billing. I've always kind of focused on it, you know, a little bit over the years, but really went down in, you know, focused on email list building primarily through summit speaking at summits, collaborations, bundles, that sort of thing. All of that's been very helpful in growing our email list to date. I'll be doing some little bit different things I think in 2025, but that's definitely been been helpful for us. The other thing I focused on in 2023 was optimizing our sales funnels. So really some of our sales funnels that we had really, you know, focused on them, got them optimized, you know, some of them we were generating like $20,000 in a couple weeks on some of those funnels. Now we were driving traffic to it. So I want to make sure that everybody's clear on that. But we had some very, very optimized funnels there. We also launched two Shopify stores, which was very fun and kind of a passion project. And then in 2024, what I've been focused on this year is my, my coaching. So my one on one coaching and my group coaching. And I really kind of stepped into that quite frankly because I had a lot of people coming to me and they're asking me, you know, what are you doing with the hobby school and how are you doing that? What are you doing with the email list spending and how are you optimizing, you know, all the sales funnels and everything that we were doing in the success that we were seeing there, people started asking about that. And then the other thing that we did this year, which was super fun and actually did better, like I had no expectations for it because I didn't know what was going to happen with it was our newsletter, profit club and then we launched our collaboration app for it last week, which we're opening that up. So that's kind of my journey, but I don't want to spend a lot more time on that. But I just want you guys to know that it is not been easy. But really the one thing I think that I would recommend for you after hearing all of this would be just keep going. You know, it's not everything you're going to do is going to work, but you can do this or take, take a sticky note and put it up on your computer and say, I can do this. If she can do it, I can do it. And I know, I know that you can. So I want to know in the chat, because this is important, this is kind of, kind of set the stage for us this week or today. I shouldn't say this week, but today, in the next few minutes, I want to know what your revenue goal is for fourth quarter and then tell us a little bit more about what that will give you in your life. Why do you need it? Why is that your goal? What are you shooting for? What will allow you to do? So let us know. She can do it, I can do it. Absolutely. I'm going to put that on a sticky note, put on my computer. Oh. But let us know what your fourth quarter revenue goal is. Now, keep in mind, fourth quarter, you got Black Friday, you can do, you know, really any, any type of sales starting, you know, November 1st, right after Halloween, you can start those holiday sales. You got New Year's Day sales or Christmas sales that you can do. There's a lot we can do in fourth quarter, so let us know. I love that. So 50k is your revenue goal in fourth quarter. Anybody else? So 20 20k euros, 30k. Nice. Allow me to start investing in retirement again. I love that. I would be happy with 10k, 30k, freedom to pay all the needs, paying down debt. I love Scarlett, how you've put in your. And we'll be doing this in a second. How you put in your stretch goal in there, allow you to completely pay off debt. 40k is my revenue goal for 4th quarter. Wanting to pay off some debt and start investing and saving again. Yes. Well, yes, 150k. I love all of these numbers that are coming in most get a lot more clear on everything in my business. I would love to get to 5k for the quarter as well. Absolutely. That is completely doable. So thank you all for sharing that. So here's what you're going to leave here with today. You're going to have a very clear understanding of the five levers that we're going to talk about for digital product growth. And like I said, these are the five letters that I use in all of my brands, whether I'm just starting, just starting them, which, you know, newsletter, Profit Club is an example of that, or if we've been doing it for a while, like hobby school, we've been doing it for, you know, for a couple years now. So pitfalls to avoid when planning your 90 day strategy. So I'm going to talk about some things to consider there and really get you some actionable ideas to 10x your digital product revenue. I know that everybody is still filling out their fourth quarter goals. Whitney says she's still figuring out that goal. So we're going to talk a little bit about it day. So it's okay if you don't have it completely figured out right now. Now I do have a special bonus for everybody and you'll get it at the end. So it's the course launch planner and something that I use when I'm planning out launches. So definitely stay with us. And you'll grab that. The other thing that I sent out and you can grab it. You don't have to do it right this second, but I want you to have it is the workbook for the session today. And you just go to destiny cop.com very simple forward/ workbook and it will be there for you and you can download it at your convenience. All right, so now I want to talk about some possibilities. So this is just going to get you thinking. These aren't, you know, necessarily in order here, I should say, but in the next 90 days and you guys start thinking about that, if there's anything that you want to accomplish in the next 90 days, put it, you know, put it in the chat, let us know here. The one thing you could do is develop and launch a signature offer to create a $50,000 revenue stream for 2022 or 2022, 2025. Now, I'm not saying necessarily make 50,000 from that signature offer in fourth quarter, but develop it, launch it once, have it ready and that can be an asset that you can continue to launch next year. Maybe you choose to launch it like once a quarter or once every six months, but that is an asset that you can create and get it out into the world. You can set up a tripwire funnel for your mini course to generate sales on Autopilot. I'm a huge fan of these tripwire funnels. I highly recommend them for most of us who are online business owners. I have them set up for all of my free lead magnets in, you know, anytime that I'm in a vid, maybe I'm in a, you know, virtual summit, speaking a bundle or whatever, or just maybe I'm doing a freebie swap with somebody else. I have that tripwire funnel set up so that when, you know, not only are you growing your email list, right, but you're also getting money on that from the back end. So if that is something you don't have set up today, that might be something that you could focus on for the fourth quarter. You can launch a Shopify store to increase your cart sales. So if you have a bunch of digital products that maybe you have like on an everything page or maybe, you know, if you're like me and some of my ThriveCart accounts, I have a couple different ThriveCart accounts, I have a bunch of different products there. So there's definitely better ways to market. If you have a lot of digital products that you want to promote there, you can create and launch your membership to generate that predictable recurring revenue. You know, an example of that would be what we did this year with the newsletter Profit club. So in addition to the collaboration app, which we have, it's news newsletter profit club, so that's a collaboration app. We also have a membership that helps people make money from every newsletter that they sent. So that's another way that you can add, you know, it was, it's not a lot for us, right? It's only $19 a month, that particular membership. But it does get that kind of, that generate that predictable recurring revenue there. The other thing you could do, and this would apply to you if you had a higher ticket type item, like a signature course, I generally recommend evergreen funnels if you have like a signature course, that's $500 or higher. So maybe your signature course is, you know, 799 or whatever. Setting up an evergreen webinar funnel to consider consistently convert people that are watching, that would definitely add money to your bottom line there. The other thing you can do is optimize your website for conversions. Now this would be good for somebody who maybe has been blogging and they have a good amount of traffic either coming from Google or Pinterest, maybe even, you know, traffic's coming to them from YouTube. I know I have clients that get a lot of traffic in those areas. But one of the things that we noticed when we started analyzing to try to figure out, well, all this traffic's coming here, but they're not turning into either, you know, email signups or customers is really making sure that we're taking that new person that's coming to that website on that journey. So you could go in and figure out what that journey is. Optimize your website so that you're not losing that traffic, because you definitely don't want to lose that traffic. If you have ton of traffic come into that website. The other thing that you can do, and this is something that I'm personally going to focus on in not necessarily fourth quarter this year, but in 2025 is create and launch an affiliate program. So really leveraging other people's audiences to promote your offers that you have, that's a really kind of low hanging fruit. If you, you know, if you have, you know, a product that's selling good and, you know, it converts and you just need to get other people's eyes on it, if you would. The other thing you could do is implement a content marketing strategy to boost your organic traffic. So whatever that is, it might be, you know, blogging, YouTube. For majority of you, it might be YouTube. YouTube is doing very well for a lot of people that I've been working with. Right now, blogging is being decreasing a little bit. Some of the bloggers are seeing a decrease in their traffic, so they're looking for other ways to get traffic. We're seeing a lot of good traffic coming in from YouTube. So that's one of the areas that you could focus on. The other thing you can do, and I know that some of you are interested in this, is starting a podcast. To me, this is more of a longer term strategy. Like I said, we've, you know, I've been doing, you saw from the chart that I gave you, I've been doing the creators NBA podcast since 2019. We're at, I think it's like 189, maybe 190 episodes. So it's taken us a while to kind of get there, but right now we're close to the top hundred, 100, I should say top 100 spot in podcasting for marketing in the US so I make sure I got that right. Yes. In marketing in the US which is an extremely competitive category. So it definitely establishes that thought leadership, which is why I love podcasting more so for, for me more so than some of the others, is because you just, you know, you generate that thought leadership very strongly with a podcast and it can increase your brand awareness. It does take, in my experience, it does take a little bit longer to get those up and running and really get the tract that you're, you know, that you're wanting there. The other thing you could do is create and sell a bundle of digital products to boost your overall sales. So maybe what you have is, you know, a couple of workshops that you could bundle together and put them together and offer those to your audience, maybe in a flash sale. So there's a lot of opportunities here. If you have products that you've already created, that's a good way to kind of bundle them and position them a little bit differently for your audience. That you might have positioned them in the past. So that's another idea for you there. I lost my train of thought there. There's something else I was. Oh, I don't know what I was going to say here. The other thing I would encourage you to do is look at some of the old lead magnets that you have used over the years. Because I know a lot of you have been in business for a while and you have old lead magnets that you might not be using now, but you could repurpose them, maybe add to them a little bit. So I don't want you to have to create all of these new products. I would go into and do like an audit of your inventory and see if there's anything that you've already been using in the past that you could just spruce it up. I know I have a ton of opportunities here for me personally and that's one of the things that we're going to do in fourth quarter is go through an audit our old lead magnets and see, see what we can do there. I, I know that there's a ton of opportunity there where I can really get some low hanging fruit. The next one is really, honestly, it's one of my favorites. I think it's one of the fastest ways to grow your audience and your email list and get, you know, sales. There's a lot of ways you can do this to get sales and increase your revenue, but is with the partnerships, the collabs, you know, the affiliate relationships. I'd encourage you to do some kind of out of the box type things here. Some of the things you could do might be just to get together with some of your business best friends and do like a, you know, freebie swap between five of you or whatever the number is. So not like a full bundle because those, you know, I do those right. We're doing three bundle collaborations in my business where we're the host and we're pulling people together that we have, you know, I don't, I don't know the number. We have one coming up and I think it's like 30, it might be even close to 40, 50 people in it. And those take a lot of work. I'm talking something smaller. I'm talking get together with five of your, you know, business best friends do a freebie swap, do like trainings for their audience. They can do a training for your audience. I mean there's a lot of things you can do there to really build that thought leadership but really grow your audience fast. And we talked A little bit about the YouTube channel we're seeing with our clients that are using YouTube. We're seeing it pay off big time for them right now. They're getting, they're growing their YouTube channel. They're getting sponsorships from their YouTube channel. They are. One thing's been tiny bit challenging, but this is, you know, not surprising to me. It's hard to get people to sign up to their email list from YouTube, but they're definitely hearing about them and they know who they are. So YouTube's definitely been working. I know a lot of you use social media. I'll talk about it too, in, in a second or so. One thing I would recommend here is to really figure out what social media platform you want to focus on and kind of forget about the others. I met with the social media strategist Andrea Jones, so a lot of you might know her. I've known Andrea for years. She's been on my podcast before. She owns a social savvy school. So I paid her for like a strategy session to do a deep dive on all my social media to really figure out what to do. Because I, I felt lost. I felt like we weren't getting. And I'm sure a lot of you can relate to this. I felt like we weren't getting the ROI for some of the time that we were putting in social media. So. And she did that, she did the complete audit. So what we're going to do, we're going to put up a 9 grid on Instagram, basically saying we're not using it and just kind of. And I'm talking about for my personal brand, we're not doing that for hobby school. Hobby school is a completely different strategy for us. It's a completely different brand. But for my personal brand, you know, we're not going to focus on Instagram. We're going to focus only, really only on LinkedIn. I use Pinterest, so Pinterest is another one. But really digging into and figuring out what works for you and your business on social media, I think is key. The other thing you could do is really develop and execute an email marketing strategy. I can't even tell you how many people I have spoken to just over the past probably three or four months about their email newsletters and how they can be more strategic with their email newsletters. And, you know, a lot of them were saying, you know, I felt like I was putting this time in it. I wasn't getting, you know, the ROI back out of it, or they didn't know what to Write So they weren't doing it on a consistent basis. So I, to me, email marketing and I'm talking about primarily I should, I should have emphasized this year your newsletter marketing. Really getting clear on that strategy and how you're going to implement in your business I think would be very, something very good for a lot of us to focus on in fourth quarter. The other thing you could do is launch a virtual summit to position yourself as the industry leader and grow your email list. The other thing you can do here that won't take as much time as doing a complete summit. A big, you know, a big summit is you could get together with like 10 of your friends and do like a mini summit. You don't have to do like all the VIP pass upgrades and all that. You know, I have to do any of that. And it could just be audio. If you just want it to be audio. It doesn't even have to be video. But it could just be you interviewing 10 of those friends and all of you sharing that mini summit to your audience. It could be as simple as that. It doesn't have to be this big huge event like what we do in hobby school and you still get a lot of traction and you know, a lot of, you know, email subscribers, which is what you would want for something like that. The other thing you could do is create and sell a high ticket coaching program to add a premium offer to your product line. Very similar, similar to what we were talking about before like the signature course. You could do bundle in like a high, high ticket coaching offer offer with a signature course, bundle that together, launch it in fourth quarter and continue to launch that asset next year. So tons of opportunities here. Now what I really want to talk about is, and this is very important here, your 90 day plan isn't doing, isn't about doing everything out there. It's really about getting laser focused on what you're going to focus on. That's going to move the needle for you. And this is going to be different from all of us. Right? What I'm going to do, what I'm going to be focused on is going to be different from you because you're just going to be in a different place right in your business. And I'm going to cut, we're going to talk about in just a second but we're going to talk about five key levers that you're going to pull that are going to align with your biggest business opportunities. Now. I know and I'm going to check in the chats here so Ruth is asking. I know you don't have a crystal ball, however, in the realm of revenue possibilities for the next 90 days, please discuss what's possible if you're willing to spend a bit on ads and reinvest the profits, maybe past client results. Okay, so at Facebook, just so everybody knows right now, Facebook and Instagram ads work hands down. They work. I'm a former Facebook ads consultant. They absolutely work. What I like to focus on for Facebook ads, in Instagram ads. When I say Facebook ads, I'm talking about Instagram ads too. I like to focus on list building. So if I, and I'm going to be doing this in my business next year. So you know, if you, if I wouldn't tell you that it, that it was, was working, if I'm not going to do it too. But I focus on list building ads. So really getting people on my email list and then, you know, converting them. I always have a tripwire set up so they come in from the Facebook or Instagram ads with a free, you know, free gift, whatever you're doing there. And a lot of different things work there. It doesn't have to be anything fancy. So they get in through the free grift. And then on the back end of that, I like to have a tripwire offer. And the reason why I like to have a tripwire offer there is it helps fund the Facebook and Instagram ads. And I've had funnels in the past that based on the revenue that I had coming in from the tripwire, completely pay for the cost of my ad. So basically I was essentially getting leads for free, very similar to what I do like with the collaboration. So I'm not paying for those leads. I'm not paying, you know, for, for those people that are coming in. But you know, you're also getting, you know, money off of that tripwire. So that's what I would, that's what I would pursue there. Hopefully I answered your question, Ruth. If not, let me know. But a list building ad for a free gift and then on the back end have your tripwire there. I would prefer that you have a tripwire that you've tested organically. I think that would be the best way to go. I'm going to check the chat here. I want to make sure I'm not missing. Hopefully I'm not missing any other questions, but if I am, let me know now. Karen is with us today. Karen is a client of mine. I just want you to know what she accomplished in 90 days. She did a lot. Karen. Karen you did a lot of work. I just wanted to let you know here, you did a lot of work. So she launched her no fuss garden course. So she revised it and launched it. She based. And I got this is covering this. But she basically created her tripwire page, she created her order bump, she created her upsell page and she launched a five day garden challenge. So she did all of that in 90 days. And that was amazing. So, Karen, you know, kudos to you. I know that. And I just want everybody to know if people, other people can do it, they can do it too. So you absolutely can do this. And I want everybody to know you can do it. Put it up on a sticky note, have it on your computer. Somebody's asking here, what if you're doing your first IG ad for list building or participating in a bundle for the same reason? What kind of tripwire order bump would you suggest? So the trip wires and I'll just go ahead and answer this question. The trip wires needs to be a very easy yes offer because they only have a few minutes to make a decision. So basically they're signing up for your free gift. On the next page you have this tripwire offer that says wait before you go, I had this special offer that you'll be, that I think you'll be interested in. You won't use that verbiage exactly, but that is essentially what it is. So generally I would recommend something that is like a mini course. You know, templates, swipe files, you know, really anything that they need to, they can look at and say, oh, I really, really, really want that. And it really, I can't really tell you exactly what it is. We'd have to dig into your business and kind of figure, figure that out and what makes sense for your particular market and your ideal customer then. But generally for. And I'll give you some price points here. Generally for the B2B market, that Tripwire is going to be, you know, $37, $47, something, you know, pretty inexpensive. An order bump. There might be nine for the B2C meaning business to consumer. It's going to be a little bit lower. It could be like $2712, you know, 24 for that tripwire. And then you're going to have an order bump on there, you know, maybe a $7 order bump. I know people have gone a little bit lower too with the B2C market, but something super, super cheap there is because they're making, you know, a very quick decision. You're not going to put a $200 course as a tripwire. That's probably not going to work when they're making a very. So now I want to talk about, and we're going to get into the details here. We've talked a lot about the possibilities and things you can do and I really wanted to talk about that first because I wanted to get your brain thinking right. I wanted to get those wheels turning. I want you to start thinking about oh, I could do that or that makes sense or this is something I haven't tried yet and this is what I want to do. So Here is the 5 part formula to 10x your digital product revenue. I have the piggy bank in the middle and basically what that represents is your revenue. So that's tied in the middle. It's tied to all of these things. I like to pick activities in these bucket areas. These are what I focus on. And as we go through this I'm going to speak about what I'm going to be doing specifically in my particular brands. Just so give you some ideas here. But one is audience growth, one is marketing and sales and we'll go into a little bit more detail there. One is offer development and some of you may not need to focus on this and some of you, that might be where you are in your business. So where you place the majority of your focus really depends on kind of where you are in your business. Business ops is another area. Generally if you're farther along in your business and you're really, you know, you're, you're scaling, you have a lot of things going on. We've done a lot of the business ops stuff in hobby school that's really getting your, your back end systems and making sure that they're working very smoothly. A lot of you are going to be more focused in either offer development, audience growth or marketing and sales. As we go through this, I'm going to give you some very specific examples and if you guys have any questions, let me know. I'm going to be answering them and keeping an eye on the webinar chat there too. Now we've kind of touched upon this right you know, a few minutes ago. The first thing that you have to get clear on, and I have this laid out for each of my brands and exactly what we're going to be, you know, focused on in terms of revenue. What I like to do, and this is something that you may want to consider doing. I like to set, set a target revenue goal and then I like to set, set a minimum revenue goal which is, you know, this is what I have, what I have to have to pay my bills. Now this could be paying your bills in your business and your, you know, paying you, you know, so that's part of it. And I like to hit that stretch revenue goal, kind of hit it out of the park. Those are definitely stretch. Those are harder to do. I've, you know, hit them, you know, a few times here and there. But those are definitely stretch. So you have the workbook and you could just put this on a piece of paper, if you have a pen and piece of paper right now. So know your target revenue goal and then you're going to know, know your minimum and then your stretch. And here's how we're going to kind of break this out. So some of the mistakes I want you to avoid here first is just setting unrealistic goals, right? You need to have an idea of yes, that's realistic for me based on my past history. If you have never launch your offer into the marketplace and you don't have any experience to do, you don't know how it's going to go, setting $100,000 revenue goal for that particular launch for that quarter, you know, that, that might be a little bit unrealistic, but you know, if you have like a signature course that you're launching, or maybe it's a signature kind of program, you're launching it, you know, $10,000 first time you're launching it. That's a very realistic revenue goal in my opinion. So the other thing that I want you to do is to break down your overall revenue targets by your specific products. Meaning, like for instance, for me with the newsletter Profit Club, I want to have a revenue target for that particular offer. And that's going to, you know, feed into my overall revenue goal for my one on one coaching. Same thing for my group coaching, the same thing for what we're doing in hobby school, the same thing. So I will have revenue targets for, you know, all of the offer, all of the campaigns or offers or however you want to put it. So like for instance, I'll give you some examples. In hobby school we have the Art of Handmade Summit which is happening the first part of October. And then we have the Elves Workshop Summit which is happening in November. And then we have our Black Friday promotions and all that good stuff. So we'll be doing promotions probably every single week in November and most weeks, maybe even every single week in December. I haven't laid all that out, but so I would want to put revenue targets in hobby school for the Art of Handmade Summit, the Elves workshop, and then what we're doing with our Black Friday promotions there. So you'll want to break down those overall revenue targets for all of the different offers that you have, and those will funnel up into your overall revenue goal. The other thing, or that I should say the next lever will be your audience growth goals. Now here's my recommendation with audience growth. I have spoken to several of my business friends this past year and you know, I would say even some of them are definitely father along that I am in my business journey. And one of the regrets they've had over the past few years, they had some really, really awesome past few years. They made a lot of money in 2021 and 2022 and they didn't focus on, they didn't focus on audience growth those, you know, past few years. And they said that that was one of their biggest regrets is not doing that. They kind of, they had big lists, they left basically let their foot off the gas and it is affected the revenue in the past year, year and a half. So I never let my foot off the gas when it comes to audience growth. Now when I'm talking about audience growth, there's a few different areas that you can look at. Primarily I'm talking about my email list growth. So that will be one of the areas that you'll always want to focus on. I don't really, I don't care really where you are in your business journey, you'll want to focus on your email list growth. I constantly, every single month I do activities, kind of strategies, if you would, to keep growing my email list, you can also focus on growing whatever content platform you're using most, most of you out there for who are focused on that, it would be either YouTube or your podcast. So for us podcast downloads, we do focus on that. For the creators, MBA podcast, for some of you, it may be a community that you have, maybe you have a Facebook group community or, you know, a very, very strong Instagram community. So keep focusing on that. You can put that as one of your audience growth goals. And then for some of you, it might be website traffic. So maybe over the years you've got, you've done a lot of blogging, you're getting a lot of website traffic and you want to continue to do that. I'm going to check in here, see what questions I have. Karen says I'm working on increasing my email list with a goal of 5,000 by 825. I'm interested in doing the mini bundle with with four to five other people who complement, not necessarily compete with my course. I am thinking of vegan cooks for recipes, wellness people, herbal teas. Please tell me more about the many bundles and if anybody on this list is interested, may I put my email? So basically what you would want to do in that case is reach out to those people. I think you've identified them, right? You know who they are. People who compliment but not, not necessarily compete with you. I think that's the. One of the best places to go for collaboration is not necessarily your competitors, but people who definitely complement. So I think what who you have here, because I know a lot about your business, I think who you have here is right on track. So vegan cooks for recipes, Wellness people, herbal teas. So you would want to reach out to them and just say, here's what I'm interested in. I'm interested in putting together, you know, this mini bundle. It's free. We would just need to share it to all of our audiences. You know, here's the product that I'm thinking about including. Do you have like a very strong, you know, may you can ask them, do you have a paid product that you're interested in kind of donating to this? Here's the landing page that they can go to. So you as the person reaching out, you'll probably need to basically say, here's when I'm wanting to do it. Here's what it entails. Here's the, you know, audience for this or the people who'd be interested in this. Here's, you know, kind of how this would work. We would send them to this landing page. They would download their gifts here, that sort of thing. But you can definitely do this. And we have somebody here says that she knows somebody who is interested in this, maybe Elisa says, would you consider organic growth on social media to be short of dead? I haven't experienced much growth in the last year with daily posting. Just want to give up on that aspect and focus more on ads. Is this true or is it my subjective experience? I feel burnt out with pumping out free content and not getting anything in return. Okay, so that's one of the reasons why, and I'm just being completely, brutally honest and you know, with you is I asked Andrea Jones, who's the social media strategist, to do an audit of my social media accounts because I felt the way you did, is that we were, you know, posting content on organic social media but not really seeing the results from it. So that's one of the reasons why for My personal brand, we're going to put up the 9 grid on Instagram and basically say, you know, we're not going to be using it going forward. I wouldn't say that. Organic growth for everybody is dead. What Andrea told me, she says it's difficult for personal brands on Instagram, but I know that there's people out there. I know I have a very, very close business friend who does websites for basically people who have like, Airbnb type stuff. So she'll do websites for them that want to book. Direct. Direct. She has. Does very well on Instagram, but she's in the travel niche. So I don't want to say that across the board that it's dead. I just think it depends upon your niche and who you're serving. And I would just analyze it. I don't recommend that you continue to do something where you're not seeing a return on it, because I think that's a waste of time. And that's why I think everybody has to kind of assess their own personal business and determine, you know, what works for them. I can tell you for hobby school, we're not, you know, leaving, you know, Facebook, Facebook, it definitely works for hobby school. It's where those people hang out. You know, we have a very strong Facebook group there for hobby school, so we're not going anywhere on Facebook for hobby school. All right, So a couple mistakes I want you to avoid here, and one is trying to grow on too many platforms simultaneously. So, you know, going back to your question, Alisa, is I would focus. I would. I would pick whatever platform's working for you. For me, for my personal brand, we use Pinterest. I'm going to test using LinkedIn. I've done some stuff on LinkedIn in the past, but I'm really going to really focus on it going forward. That was the recommendation from Andrea. But we're basically giving up on Instagram and Facebook. We're not going to be doing anything there. So I think you really got to kind of hone in on what works for you. Email growth. I think everybody needs to focus on that, no matter who you are, where you are in your business journey. So I would put that on your list for fourth quarter. I think I answered all the questions there. I'm going to keep going the next one. And the next level is offer development goals. So here's what I want you to look at here. I want you to look at your business and assess if you need to launch anything new in the marketplace. When we were going over it A few minutes ago we talked about some opportunities there, right? You could, you know, do like low cost type offers and put them like a tripwire funnel. You could do a signature course, you could do a membership like what we did with the newsletter, Profit Club. I think there's a lot of opportunities there. What I would recommend if you already have offers in the marketplace, I would. In this, I'm going to put myself in this category. So I'm going to tell you a little bit about what I'm going to be doing and that is I'm just going to be looking at improving and updating what we currently have. So I'm not launching anything new in fourth quarter or probably in 2025 at all. So nothing new coming out. We're just going to focused on the current offers that we have out there and basically making them better. So it might be, you know, going in and improving the trainings in there. I know, like for our evergreen funnel course we want to go in there and update the trainings there. So really just updating what we have is going to be my goal there. So some mistakes I want you to avoid here is, you know, I'll say that I want to talk about the second one, second bullet point here because I think this is more important. I don't want you to wait too long to start selling a new offer. So a lot of times what I have seen in the past, people will say, you know, oh, I want to do this or I'm not ready to launch it because of this or I need to have all of my videos done before I launch it. No you don't. I actually prefer kind of pre selling type stuff and getting things out and tweaking it. I can tell you with the newsletter Profit Club, I was a little bit, I was like a little bit cringy to be honest with you. In the beginning I'm like, okay, I know this isn't perfect and there's still things that I want to change in there. Even today I have them on my to do list. I still need to do some videos and add them in there. But I'm going to go ahead and get it out because I know it's going to help people. So don't wait too long to get things out. So if you are, if you've been sitting on something, fourth quarter is the time to get it out. The other thing is I would say, you know, make sure that you validate that there's actually a market need. This could be as simple as going out and email you Know, going, emailing some people on your email list and saying, can I get on Zoom with you for, you know, 30 minutes and ask you a few questions? Or it could be polling them in an email or it could be you basically saying, I'm going to be launching this. If you're interested, get on the waitlist. And that's kind of, that's what I did for the digital product growth lab that I'll be talking about in just a second. I actually got, I sent it out, said if you're interested in this, get on the wait list. And that's what I did. And that worked very, very well. Karen says, love your newsletter, Profit Club. So many great ideas. Well, thank you for saying that because from my, from where I'm sitting, just so you know, I still have a lot of things to improve with it, but I appreciate you saying that. All right, so this is the big one and this really is probably where a lot of you are going to be spending the majority of your time. And this is your marking in your sales goals. This is what brings in the money. Okay, so what I'd like you to do is have on your list to plan at least one major marketing campaign for the next few days. So let's talk about a little bit about what that looks like. This could be you doing. It could be something like what we're doing now, right? It could be you doing a training for your audience and at the end offering you know, them the opportunity to get into your signature course or your group coaching program or whatever that is. It could be you doing a three day challenge for your audience where you give them training for like three days and at the end you're going to offer them the opportunity to get in your membership. I love challenges. I think they're quite frankly one of the best ways to sell your offers. They're very engaging. You, you know, have the opportunity to, you know, meet with your audience over the three days or five days or whatever you're doing. I think they build that no like and trust factor, you know, faster than a lot of things do. Very similar to what we're doing here today, but you're doing it on over a long, longer period of time. So I'd like for each of you to have at least one major marketing campaign for the next 90 days. And this works better for some of those higher ticket type offers. If you don't have a higher ticket type offer, like a signature course that you're selling, I would say a course that's like $500 or more or a member. You could do a launch for a membership or you don't have like a signature group coaching program with course, then you might not need to do that, you might need to do something else. But if you have a higher ticket type offer, that's the best way to promote those and sell those. Now, all of you know that in fourth quarter we have Black Friday, we have all the holidays set up. You can start selling to your audience that first week in November. If you wanted to have a sale every single week in November and December, that's okay. People are going to be expecting you to sell to them in fourth quarter. It's normal. You're not going to turn your audience off. They're like, they're not going to say, you know, you are going to get unsubscribes, there's no doubt about it. But they're not going to say, you know, they're not going to send you hate notes. And if they do, you know, it's not going to be a lot. But people expect you to sell to them and they want to buy, they want to buy that time of year. So plan your Black Friday, your holiday sales. It's going to be some of the best opportunities that you're going to have to make some, make some sales there. The other thing I would encourage you to do is newsletter consistency. There are ways to make money from every single newsletter that you send out. I would like for all of you to have a place where you're promoting your offers in your newsletter, promoting any events, promoting any affiliate type offers that you have, you know, people that you are affiliates for. In November, December, they're going to have promotions too. And that's a great way for you to make money. So there's a lot of things that you can put just in that weekly newsletter to get an ROI from sending that out so you don't feel like you're sending it out for nothing. So there's a lot of things that you can do there, but you have to be consistent with that newsletter. And then of course, content creation, consistency. If you've been on my email list, you know that I preach about this a lot. Being consistent wins people who are consistent with giving value to their audience, with sending out that weekly newsletter, with doing that weekly podcast or whatever they're doing, it doesn't have to be podcasting, but just whatever you're doing, they're going to win primarily because it's not that, you know, their content is any better than yours. They're just going to Win because they're out there, they're front of mind, people remember them. So you have to be consistent. And I, I really can't, like, I can't talk about that enough. What is the size of audience email list? Would you recommend for a live challenge? So I would, I would, I don't know how big yours is, but I think if you have at least 500 on your email list and maybe even try to do some more, you know, collabs to get see if some of your peers would promote your challenge for you doing something for them, I think 500 is a good number and I think you can get people in there for that. I mean, that's a, that's a really good question. I know that. And I'm going to put myself in this boat too. Right. It's hard for us to do live events when we're worried about no one showing up. Right. That's a fear, you know, that we all have. I have that fear. So if you have that fear, we're all in the same boat. But I think, you know, 500 people on your email list, if you've been engaging with them over some time, so they're not just hearing from you out of the blue, of course, I think you'll, I think you'll do fine there. And then of course we've talked about this. So not promoting offers on a regular basis and being really inconsistent or scattered. So that's not going to be you. We're going to have a very specific plan on what you're going to be doing in fourth quarter and when. I know exactly. You know what, when we have our bundle going out, we have a business planning bundle going out. I know when I'm going to be promoting my one on one coaching. I know about all of our Black Friday and holiday offers in general. I'm still putting some final touches on that. But I know exactly what we're going to be doing to, you know, basically meet our revenue goals in fourth quarter. So you're going to have to lay all of that out. Now, this last part is business operations. So I want to talk about this because I think this is important. Now, depending on where you are in your business, this is not going to make, it's not going to be as important to you, I would say. I try to every single quarter pick at least one process or task to automate, one process to improve or maybe, you know, tool that we can evaluate just to make things easier in our business. Like for instance, last year, one of the things that we did for all of our events both in hobby school. My personal brand is we moved everything into Honeybook and that made a huge difference. So sign somebody up for Honeybook. It does all kind of the emails for us. We gathers all the, you know, speaker presentations, all their content. So that was just, it made a, made things a lot easier for us. So find you know, kind of one process to improve and Ruth is asking, and this is a really good question, especially since we're in the business operations. I have one VA that works for me. She has worked for me for about three years now. So she is definitely trained and very efficient. Primarily she helps me with the events. So she, she doesn't, she didn't do anything for this like this particular launch in my personal brand. But she will do things like for the hobby school summit, she'll help with all of that. And for the business the like the bundles that I do in my personal, that's primarily what she does and then some one off tasks here and there and that definitely helps. So for sure. So mistakes to avoid here is just really overlooking the importance of systems and processes. I think a lot of people think, think, oh, I'll get to that later. But you know, once you have those systems and have those processes in place, it allows you to focus on more strategic things. And that's, I would say that I don't, you know, I'm, I guess I will pat myself on the back a little bit here. That's one of the things that we have really focused on is making sure that everything we have processes set up and that helps us, you know, do all the things that we're doing right. It helps me, you know, launch the newsletter Profit Club and that app that we, we launched last week. I wouldn't have been able to do all of that if I was kind of knee deep in some of the other stuff. So definitely, you know, focus on the systems and the processes there. Elisa says could you share some of your favorite business tools for systems and processes? Well, I talked about Honeybook. Now I'm not saying that that's my favorite tool. We're using that because I had an account for it. But it definitely, it definitely helps us when we're onboarding speakers and all these bundle contributors. So we also use Airtable a lot. I love airtable. It's a really great kind of tool, if you would, to gather, you know, information from people. So we use that for people to apply like speak at our summits or what have you. I'm a huge Convertkit fan, so we use ConvertKit, I have four different ConvertKit accounts, email lists that I manage. So huge fan for ConvertKit, ThriveCart. That's what I use for the funnel builders. So I'm a huge fan of that. And then we use LeadPages a lot. So I'm a huge fan of LeadPages. We use it for all of our sales pages, our landing pages. The landing pages for leadpages convert very well. Like for instance, I was looking at it this morning, the landing page for this training. Now keep in mind this is a live training which is very hard to get people into live trainings. Right. That page converted at 67% and I was like, okay, so that converted very well. I was very happy with that. So leadpages I think definitely helps us get some really high conversion rates on our kind of our free opt in type things. Things. So do you or your clients use Google Workspace suit for business? Yes, yes. So I have a, a lot, I have a lot of Google Workspace accounts. So I have one for my personal brand, hobby school, actually all of them. Yes. So we have, we, we definitely use Google Workspace and I would recommend that. And I think I've answered all of the questions there. All right, so we are getting towards the end of the presentation. So I just want you to know if you are feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone. But going back to what we said earlier, every single one of you can do this. I would say the key here is not working harder, but smarter. With the right system in the support, I would not be able to do and get accomplished, quite frankly, that everything that we've been able to do with hobby school, with my personal brand, with the newsletter Profit Club, you know, with the, the two Shopify stores that we have. If I was not very strategic and focused on what moves the needle for my business and that's the key here and what I'm going to focus on might be different from what you're going to focus on. So that's, you know, that's what I want you to kind of hone in on is what's going to move the needle for you and your business. And I've given you a ton of ideas. We've gone through the five levers here. So you know what buckets you can folk you need to focus on. We talked about audience growth, right? That was one of them. So growing your email list or whatever and also, you know, platforms that you might be in marketing and sales. So we talked about what marketing promotions you're going to do we talked about all the Black Friday stuff you could do. We talked about the, you know, one major campaign that I would love for you to do in fourth quarter. So tons of opportunities for marketing and sales. You have to be promoting to make money and I probably didn't emphasize that enough in this training today. If you're not promoting and make and putting out offers out there, you're not going to reach your ever revenue goals. Don't be afraid to promote a lot this upcoming quarter. People are expecting it, they're not going to get offended and quite frankly they're not going to see everything that you're promoting. I still have people coming to me and say you do what you have that. I'm like, you've been on my list for years. You didn't know that I offered one on one coaching. I'm like, I have failed you. So they're not going to see everything that you're doing. So make sure that you're making the offers and making them, you know, making them on a regular basis. Now I do want to invite you into my digital product growth lab. This is my group coaching program. I'm actually launching this because you guys asked for it. So it's a live group coaching experience. I'm going to talk just very quickly tell you a little bit about it. But more importantly, I would love for you to get on my calendar and let's chat about if this is something that would work for you and you know what I could do to help you. But let me go through just very quickly, I'm going to talk to you about it, let you know everything that's included. So when you sign up, basically the first thing that you're going to do, you're going to submit an intake form, I'm going to review it. We're going to put together a very personalized plan for you for the next 90 days so you know exactly what you can need to be working on to meet your revenue goal. Then we're going to get on Zoom very similar to this today except it's going to be just you and me and as a, in like a zoom meeting. So we're going to chat, we're going to dig into it, we're going to go through your plan. You're going to, you know, ask me questions, we're going to, you know, we're going to get very, very crystal clear on what you're going to be working on for the next 90 days. The other thing that we offer in this group coaching program, we're going to have six live group chats over the next, you know, next three months. So this will be an opportunity for you to get in, you can learn from others. This is a live coaching. So we'll be all on the call. It'll be like a zoom meeting. So you'll see it won't be the webinar format that we're doing here today, but you'll see everybody in there. Everybody can ask questions. You can submit questions ahead of time. I will answer it. We'll, you know, basically we'll all talk about and figure out, you know, what's working, what's not working. You can learn from others. I love these, you know, these group chats. So you can really get any question that you want answered in a friendly setting there. But one of my favorite things about this program is you get the custom marketing audits. So I love these. I love, you know, sending them in for any program that I'm in. But basically what you do, you just send it. You, there's a form that you go and you fill out, you can send as a sales page. So if you need review of a sales page, you can do that. If you want to send in some email sequences. So maybe you're doing a launch or maybe you're promoting like your Black Friday sales. So you want to send those in and get those reviewed, you can send them in. I'll review them, give you feedback. I'll do like a loom type video, give you feedback and send it back. If you want your funnel reviewed, you can do that. Any landing pages. So if you want like a lead magnet landing page, if you want to do like Facebook ads and you want that to be, you know, you're doing a landing page for your Facebook ads, I can review something like that. If you want to talk about your offer description or you know, how you're packaging your offer, what you're including in your offer, you can do that and send that in. So there's a ton of things that you can do there. You also get unlimited coaching support. So anytime that you have a question, I don't care if it's 3 o' clock in the middle of the night, it just comes to you. You can post your question and I will answer it within 24 hours. So you can, you don't have to wait for those scheduled calls, you can go ahead and submit your questions at any time and you will get those answers. So it's really helping you stay on track because my goal is to keep you moving forward so you're not stuck. Because I know that it's easy to get stuck. It happens to me and I've been doing this for a long time. Right. You know, sometimes, you know, even, even like today I'm like, oh, I don't know, I think I've done, you know, I was looking at going through my webinar presentation. I'm like, oh, I wonder if I should change this or move this. So, so I don't know. Just getting questions at any, you know, getting answers to your questions at any time is so very powerful. I have some bonuses so if you sign up by 9:20 you will get an extra 30 minute. Really? You know, I call it like am I on the right track? So I know that a lot of times is you just want to have that face to face conversation and chat with somebody and say, well this is what's happening in my business or this is what I've tried. What do you think? Should I switch this? This didn't work. Instead of doing a five day challenge, should I do a webinar, that sort of thing. So really anything that you wanted to ask in the session, you could. The other thing you get by 9:20 is my ultimate launch bundle. So these slides that I created today, I used them or went into my own ultimate launch bundle and took the webinar presentation from there and made that. So I use, I use the content in that ultimate launch bundle all the time. And then the other thing that I have that is really cool and I can't wait to actually launch this is my Black Friday profit party. So this is my training presentation. It's actually a trip where I put up on the back end of my business planning bundle that's launching in just a few weeks. Weeks that people can purchase but it's going to be given to free as one of these fast bonuses here. The other thing you get is, and this goes to any everybody, no matter when you sign up, is a loom review of your weekly newsletter. I absolutely love doing these audits of the weekly newsletter. So a lot of times when I'll go go through, I'll look at what you've been doing. I might give you some suggestions on your sections or you know, ways that you can redesign your newsletter just to help you profit from it. So when you're sending it out to help you make money from it, I might give you some tips on boosting engagement and really. But mostly I look at it to see ways that you can optimize for conversions. So I do these all the time and it's part of my yearly members in my newsletter Profit Club. But I wanted to do that for everybody in this particular program. The other thing that I'm doing is giving away one month access to the newsletter Profit Club. And honestly I, I have had so many people just over, you know, it's only been out here since July. So I very quietly launched this in July, had my first members come on last part of July, in August and then of course we're now in September. But I've had a lot of positive feedback on this newsletter profit club. Everybody loves it, we're seeing a lot, they're seeing a lot of results. So I've gotten feedback from the members, are like, I made 500 from this newsletter set. And I'm like, that's exactly what we were looking for. So. And then I'm also going to give you access to all of my flagship courses. So I have course in a Box. Courses in a Box has been out there since 2019. We have updated it over the years. It's really my flagship program to help you create your mini course. So it's really putting together that tripwire mini course on the back end of your free lead magnet. That's what that particular course is tailored for. And then I have the funnel cure which is my tripwire course. So if you have a free lead magnet setting up that tripwire and it just kind of walks you through how to set up that tripwire with the order bump, the upsells down sales, etc. And then I have my evergreen funnel course which is for people who have more like a signature type offer. If you have like a membership or if you have like a signature course, I recommend you use an evergreen funnel which will be more like a webinar into the evergreen funnel. So that's what that is. And then what I want you to do, I want you to go to destinycop.com lab. It's going to take you to a place page, I should say that looks like this. And I really want you to select the option that best fits you. I know that all of your businesses are different. Some of you might be like a service provider, some of you might have already have like a signature course or membership. Some of you might be more of a blogger youtuber and then some of you might have like an E commerce store or one of you know, and everything that everything page that has a bunch of different products on it. So I want you to go to the, you know, the section that best fits you. Click on it. But really what I want to do is for you to set up a call with me because I'd love to chat with you to see and just have. You can ask me any questions so we could talk about, you know, what are your goals? What are your fourth quarter goals? Because my goal is to help you make fourth quarter of this year, 2024 your highest revenue earning quarter ever. So that's my goal with this program and that's what I want to help you to do. But I really want to talk to you face to face so we can really talk about it and see if this is, you know, if this would be a good fit for you. All of you have stayed till the end, so I want to give you that special gift that I mentioned. You can just go here. It's is destinycop.com forward/gift. You can grab it here. I do appreciate you. Thank you so much for joining me. I'm going to hang out here and answer any questions that people have. So I know some questions have gone through. So one person asked, what is it about leadpages that makes it deliver such high conversion rates? I like them, but they seem quite expensive. You got me rethinking. So what I like about leadpages is number one, like for instance, let's say that you're wanting to set up a lead magnet. That's a five day challenge. They will have landing pages that are specifically for five day challenges and they have them in order of their conversion rates. So what I typically will do is I will go to whatever I'm trying to set up the, you know, the lead magnet for like, for this webinar I use leadpages, right? So I went to LeadPages, I went underneath where they had webinar there and then I, you know, basically picked the template that had the highest conversion rate. They just have a lot of data I think on the layouts of their pages because they have so many people using them so they know what pages are converting better. Like the landing page that I use in leadpages for basically all, pretty much all of my lead magnets. That's how I, you know, that's how I found it. I just went to lead pages lead magnet in one of the top ones up there. I just like, you know what I'm using that, those landing pages, I can get those to convert anywhere from like, you know, I think the lowest was like 78% and the highest was like 90% for some of those lead magnets. It was crazy. Conversion rates crazy. So similar question, LeadPages versus ThriveCart versus SamCart. So I've never used SamCart, so I can't speak to it. I don't know what the funnel builder looks like in samcart. I can tell you that I can't remember if it was three years ago. I think it was three years ago we moved from Kajabi to thrivecart. That was a big transition for us. I think at that point in time I had probably like 12,000 students. I was moving over from Kajabi into Thrivecart. So it was not an easy transition, but it definitely changed my business. Just because the funnel builder in ThriveCart was so much better, made a huge difference for us. Rachel also wondering if ThriveCart is worth it. Spending that on ThriveCart is a stretch, but wondering if it's worth it. So I use it. I have two ThriveCart accounts. We have one for hobby school. I have one for my personal brand. So I definitely, I definitely, you know, like I said, when we moved from Kajabi over to ThriveCart, it made a huge difference. One question is, if I'm launching my first signature one on one group coaching this December, is that an example of what you mean putting and creating evergreen marketing about around it? So what I would recommend for, for your, for your first time. So you're launching your first signature group coaching program. What I would recommend is doing it live, very similar to what I'm doing now. Okay. So, you know, doing like a webinar, inviting people to a training webinar, workshop, whatever you want to call it. I don't know what your, you know, your area of expertise is. So I would do it live like this and I would probably do it live a few times. I wouldn't put it on Evergreen initially. I would do it a few times, see how it converts and see, you know, what you, you know, if it's converting the way you want it to. When you feel like it's converting and you feel like you have a training that is solid, it's working people, it's resonating with people, I would then, then, then I would consider evergreening. Evergreening it if it makes sense for your group coaching. I don't know for your group coaching if you're doing like cohorts or if you're, you know, if they can kind of come at any time. I think it really depends on how you've set all of that up. Thank you, Sydney. Sydney, Eve. Thank you. Thank you, Carrie. So I'm looking, it looks like everybody's, I think I'VE answered all the questions. I want to make sure there are some questions I got. I'm sorry, I didn't see these in here. So how often should newsletters go out? What I would recommend here is generally weekly. If weekly is too much for you in the niche, you know, initially, then maybe every other week. But I would send them out, send them out on a regular basis for an email list of 10 to 15k. What's a reasonable monthly subscriber growth goal? So you're going to, here's the thing, you're going to lose people every single month, right? They, the research shows that we lose about 20% of our email list every year, so. 20%. So if you have, you know, I should be able to do that math, right? You have a 10,000 email list. You can only lose about 22,000 subscribers, right. So you're not only going to have to make up for them, then you, you know, if you want to keep growing above and beyond that, then you'll need to make up for that. So I, I think it really just depends on what you can do and what, you know, what your bandwidth there is. And I don't know how you're growing your email list, so that would make a difference too. Maybe you're doing it through paid ads, maybe you're doing it speaking at summits or participate, participating in bundles or newsletter swaps. I would test out different things and see what makes sense for you. And I know you're looking for a specific number there and I don't know that I have a specific number to give you. When did you do, somebody asked when did you do the fourth quarter planning? You said you know exactly what you're doing in December. Yes. So I mean, I probably, I'm trying to think when did I do it? I think it was about a month or so ago. In general, I knew exactly what I was going to do. Right. I've been planning for this particular launch. We had been planning for the business planning bundle launch that we're doing. We started planning for that back in probably February, March, I don't remember exactly when. So I knew I had those two on the docket. I knew I was going to be doing, you know, Black Friday holiday type promotions. So I kind of know what I'm doing. And I thought, being honest, we're pretty much doing the same thing next year. So we're kind of just keep doing what's working. So I'm not going to be switching it up that much. How often do you recommend running a challenge you know, again, I think this just depends upon your audience and what you're promoting. I think if you wanted to do it, you know, once a quarter that would be fine. If that was too much for you, every six months, that would be fine too. I know people who do them every month but they switch them up and do different, like different type of challenges which works for them. So I think there's a lot of options for you there. I actually love challenges. I wish I could do them more, I wish I had time for them. But I think they're a great way to kind of build your audience, you know, kind of establish that thought leadership. I'm a huge fan of challenges. I just want to make sure that I've answered all the questions here. I think I have. If there's any last minute questions, let me know. I am reading through there. Okay. One is my area of expertise is public speaking. Sorry. Public speaking for the multi passionate multicultural woman. Subject matter expertise, experts. That's what the 90 days will focus on. I thought of challenges but don't know. Thanks so much. Okay, thanks for sharing that. How did you, somebody asked how did you get the pop up on the right side of the page? Are you talking about the popup for people to set up a call with me? If so that was, that was for convert box. So Thrive, that's a Thrive cart product. So I purchased ThriveCart. Convert box is separate. I love convert box. We use them on all of our like VIP past sales pages when we have like coupons or stuff. Sometimes I put them in Shopify stores. But I love those pop up boxes. They convert very well. So thank you for that question. Shayna says in your coaching services do you offer help with running a summit? So I can definitely answer questions for all of you know any top anything that summit type related. I can review sales pages, I can review registration pages for all of the kind of nitty gritty details behind the summit. All of that, how to set it up. I generally recommend Krista with Summit in a Box. I don't know if you know her. She has a very detailed and strong program that gives you all the templates, the swipe files, kind of all of that really to get your your summit up and running. So I definitely recommend her course for that. Here's another one. Sorry. If I did a challenge to tee up the launch, would that also be December or should I do that earlier? So what I would do. So if you're going to use the challenge to promote your group coaching, what I would do I would do the challenge and then basically let's say you're doing a three day challenge. What I would do at the end of the three days, I would have your training workshop, whatever you're doing there, and then promote your, you know, your group coaching program at the end of that. So just say day one was on a Tuesday, day two was on a Wednesday, day three was on a Thursday. You would have your big kind of final training on day three and then at the end you would promote your group coaching program and invite people to attend there. All right, I'm reading through the questions. I think I answer if I missed anything. You guys feel free to email me. I'm happy to answer any questions that you have. I would love to chat with you. If you're interested with, you know, interested in the digital Product Growth lab, let me know. I'd love to chat with you and we can have a face to face conversation via Zoom. I'm going to go ahead and run. Thank you so much for joining me. I really appreciate all your support.
