To become that either you have to become a coach or trainer, you have to teach your team. So now we have some misconception about that. Coach and trainers are those who tell you something. We are all coach, we are all trainer. Even if you are parent, you are a trainer, you are a coach. But yes it needs certain level of skills. Now those are say coaching skills, technology skills and business skills which is present times world has changed, model of doing business, model of living has changed. Now for that you need some new level of awareness.
