Happy World Happiness Day! 🌟

A short live YouTube monologue by Dipak Bhadra (greeting viewers from Dubai) for World Happiness Day. The speaker argues that happiness arises from alignment across four life areas—mental, emotional, physical, and financial—and uses everyday analogies (misaligned car wheel; GPS; seed planting) to explain how clarity of purpose and aligning thoughts, feelings, beliefs and actions bring lasting happiness. He cites mentors Bob Proctor and Robert Kiyosaki, shares his transition from an engineer to coach, and invites viewers to reflect and connect for help discovering purpose.

Hey friends, good evening from Dubai and good morning, good afternoon. Whichever part of the world you are in, today there is a very special day. World is celebrating Happiness day. So I thought to do this live today. And everybody wants to be happy, right? From the child to an elderly person. But everyone is happy in the world. I learned from my mentor that happiness is a mental state. Its first happiness comes in the mind. And then that happiness will be reflected in your physical world. And what I learned from my mentor again that happiness is all about alignment. It's like. See if I want you to imagine your car. Whether you have your own car or you are driving or you are riding car, imagine the car, there are four tires. Now one of the tire, one of the wheel is not aligned. Because whenever you do some repair, you align your wheel, correct? And then that's how you have smooth rides, pleasant ride, risk free ride, safe rides. And it avoids wear and tear also or to your car, machines. But what if I say that something similar in our life to be happy. See, we have four areas of life. So if I start from here, Mental well being, emotional well being, physical well being, financial well being. These four areas I want you to think when you are watching this, you are listening this. Think your four areas of life. How you are doing at mental well being, do you have a clarity? Do you have mental place? Peace? Do you have a sleepless assignment, Proper sleep, not sleepless nights? Do you love doing what you really do? Then comes emotional well being. Do you love yourself? See many times what happens? Emotional well being comes from the heart, from our within. Do you like yourself? It's called self image. What is your opinion about yourself? Many people I meet, I hear from them that they are not good enough. They are not good in this, they are not good in this. And they can't achieve any better results than what they are achieving now. I want you to think that emotionally how you feel. See, if you feel emotionally well for yourself, then only you can have better relationship with others. Hating yourself, not feeling good about yourself, you cannot have better relations with others. So this mental well being, emotional well being, physical well being, which is our body, you know that we need to take good care of our body. That is the physical instrument of our mind. By having healthy food, proper sleep, you can say exercise, movement, all those things are required for body. Are you having physical well being? Are your organs or the bodies working in alignment? And then comes financial well being. Because we live in civilized society, we have bills to pay. We need shelter, we need clothes, we need food, we need Transportation, we need children's education or education for yourself and luxury, comfort, everything which comes from money. So these four areas of life, when those are aligned, the happiness comes. And many times I hear from many people that money is not important in their life. But when I hear, I see them working 10 hours, 12 hours, 14 hours a day. They are trading their time for money, but they are not having good thoughts about money. Now this is a contradiction, this is a misalignment. So what I learned from my mentor again I will come back to that. Bob Proctor and Robert Kiyosaki. I learnt from them about importance of money. What money can play part in our life, what we can do good with money and what money can do for you. Money can buy time for you. Money can buy freedom for you. Money can allow you to do what you really love to do. Now being me as an engineer, I worked for 30 years in different companies. Out of that 20 years in one company. When I understood this, these four areas of life, and I learned from my mentors to align those four areas, my life changed. I wanted to be financially free. I wanted to do something but I didn't knew what was that. So to know that, to learn that, I went to Bob Proctor. Bob Proctor helped me to find my purpose. He says, unless you don't know what you really want, you will not get that. It's like say using gps. You may be using GPS in your life while driving, while walking. Now GPS will give you a correct path, GPS will give multiple options. GPS will reduce your time of your journey and GPS will reduce your dependency. You don't have to ask anybody and everybody which road to take. GPS will give you the best possible and shortest route. Same thing. What if I say that our mind also works like gps? To GPS you give two inputs. Where you want to go and where you are. Same thing in life. Do you know what is your reason to wake up in the morning? And that is called purpose. Now I being me as an engineer, logical thinker, practical thinker, I never thought that I need all this. I thought that okay, I'm having good job, getting good salary, getting good growth, that was enough. But no. So something was missing. And that missing was purpose. I didn't know what I would be doing when I am financially free. Now when you are watching this, I want you to think what you really love to do. Have you ever spent invested time on this? Thinking, this discovering your purpose? The moment you discover will be something big, which you never did. But don't worry about that. When you know what you want how will show up. You don't have to worry about how. When I made a decision to get into this coaching and training, I never coached anybody. A single person. I didn't knew about the subject. Also I was not comfortable in front of people camera. My own self image was there. I am introvert, I am not a public speaker. I am not good in English. All those things was trying to hold me back. But then my mentor says that you don't need to know how, you only need to know what. When you have a clarity of what and when you everyday nurture. It's like see the seed. You have a seed and seed has potential to grow as a. So this is a mango seed. This has a potential to grow as a mango tree. But condition is first I have to make a decision to plant it and then I have to plant in the right soil. If I go in desert or sea seashore and plant there, it will not. It is not a conducive environment. Same thing for your seed. The right environment is your subconscious mind. So this is where I am coming to mind. Your conscious mind, subconscious mind and body. Your thoughts, your feelings, your actions, your vision, your belief system and your actions. All those things are not unless not aligned. There will be always struggle in the life. Think about this. What you really want, it needs some. You have to discover it. What you want is already there within you. It's just matter of taking some help and discovering it now. If you want any help, connect with me. I will help you. Somebody help me. I will help you. If this resonates with you, if you feel that this makes sense, write it, comment it, share it like it. That's all for today. Wishing everyone again very happy. You can say World's happiness day. Be happy and be grateful. Thank you.
