Dipak Bhadra (alignment coach, based in Dubai) records a motivational YouTube video about the three-step idea: fine, define, refine. He explains how external labels (teachers, bosses, finances) create limiting self-definitions, and says mentors (notably Bob Proctor and Robert Kiyosaki) helped him shift paradigms through alignment work. He describes planting information into the subconscious (information → understanding → action), recounts investing significant time and money learning from mentors over 14 years, claims to have achieved financial freedom, and invites viewers to book a discovery call to begin their own refinement journey.

Hey friends, good evening from Dubai and good evening, good afternoon whichever part of the world you are in. So I was listening to one of my mentors and I came across these three words. Fine, define and refine. And I thought to share this video with you today. So if you see this, this picture as a born baby, born, we are all perfect. We are all perfect creation of our creator. There are no doubt, no fear, no self limiting beliefs, no poor self image, no lack of confidence as a baby. But then what happens? As we grow, we start getting definition about us from other people. Maybe parents, maybe teacher. If suppose you were not good in a particular subject, Math, science, whichever subject comes to your mind. And then you are defined by that based on your report card. Your teacher will say that okay, you are not good in this subject, you are good in this subject and a definition start. And that goes to next level. When you are on job, your manager, your boss will say that you are not good in sales, you are not good in this, you are useless. All those kind of statements will start coming in and that's how your definition will start building up. Even though it is not a true definition. As a baby, you didn't have any limitation. But when as we grow, we start defining ourselves, we start making a box around us, we start telling ourselves that I am this and I am not this. I can do this, I can't do this. And why I am telling you because I was there at this place earlier, before maybe I can say seven, eight years back. I always thought that I'm in trouble, I can't speak, I'm not comfortable in front of camera. But when I learned this from my mentor, Bob Proctor, and he says it is a self image which will define your results. Now if you want to change your results, if you want to achieve financial freedom. That's what I wanted that time. He says you have to change this, you have to refine yourself, change the old definition. Now this definition was not helping me. So he helped me to refine myself. Now you can say that you can explore. We have all the potential, all the talents and ability. It's just matter of refining ourselves. Now unfortunately, we are programmed, we are conditioned to be practical, to be logical, to be realistic, to see or allow all the information from outside. So I use this model of Bob Proctor. He says it's all about alignment. Now earlier I used to receive information from outside. Maybe my report card may be my performance report, may be my bank balance. And that was defining me who am I, who I am. Even though that definition was not helping me. But then he, Bob Proctor helped me to change that. So this lack of self confidence, you can say lack of workerage, lack of courage to act, all those things were here, subconscious mind, this conscious mind. And I understood from Bob Proctor that it's all about alignment. And unless I am not aligned, I cannot design my life. So this is where I have decided to go on this journey of alignment. I refined myself, but on my own I was not able to do it. It might have taken maybe few decades, but then when I took help of mentors, he helped me to define myself, redefine and then refine. And that involved paradigm shift alignment. See, we have a lot of knowledge. So I was thinking I was writing something else yesterday. And then knowledge is all around us on Internet. Even if you go to YouTube, you will find millions of videos of one subject. Knowledge is enough. Information is enough. I don't say knowledge. There is enough information, information all around the world. But then information only is not useful because it is not implemented. So information needs to be understood. Now to make that simple and to understood you have to put, or you can say plant this information in your subconscious mind. Unless it is not done, nothing much will change. So information, then understanding and then action, implementation. Because ultimately it is results which will help you to achieve the results you want. It is ultimately actions which will help you to achieve results you want. So these are three words. Fine, define. Now maybe your definition about yourself is not helping you. You may be thinking that okay, you are not good in money. You are thinking maybe money is root of all the evils. You think you are thinking that you are introvert, you are not good in communication, you are not good in English, you are not comfortable with people, you have a lot of responsibility. You can't take some actions. Now why I'm telling you because I was there. I'm not telling from anybody else's experience, I'm telling from my experience. But when somebody was there to help me. And that's where help of mentor came to picture my mentors like Robert Kiyosaki, Bob Proctor, even I have many mentors now also. Bob Proctor passed away from the world. He is my spiritual mentor now. Fortunately, I was able to learn directly from him. He helped me to refine myself, I refined myself. But before that I was here. I had my own definition. I wanted to be financially free. I wanted to start something my own. But I didn't know what it was. I didn't have the clarity. And I was working on my definition. I don't say results Were bad, but it could have been better. And when I refined myself, the results change. Now you may be thinking that what I am talking this fine. Define refine. If you want to know this, there is a link in this book, a discovery call with me. This information which I am sharing on this video. I Learned during last 14 years. Traveled from Dubai to Canada, invested almost half a million of dollars learning from different mentors. And then it happened. I got my results, I achieved my financial freedom. I got out of rat race. Now I am living a life which I was really dreaming to live. And now I have decided to help other people. Because everybody, all of us, we deserve this life. Like say as an infant, as a baby, you are full of confidence, you are full of courage. You didn't have any doubt self limiting beliefs. But as we grow all those things which my mentor Bob Proctor says, paradigms, self image, our own opinion about ourselves. And when it was formed it. It was formed by somebody else. But you and me, we have power to change it. Believe me, you can change it. But just conventional way it will not work. You have to do something differently. And that different is refine yourself. So book a discovery call with me if this makes sense. If you feel that yes, you have enough potential and talent but you are not able to take some actions, take help, have somebody have a GPS in your life. Have somebody mentor like I learned from Bob Proctor. He says why mentors are important in life. Mentors can work as a gps. Mentors have already walked the path which you want to walk. Mentors can help you to compress the timeline. Something if you figure out on your own by watching YouTube videos, attending few trainings, it might take 10 to 15 years. But if you have somebody the right mentor. I don't say any mentor, right mentor. You can squeeze that timeline. Something which will take 15 years, you can achieve in three years. Is it a good deal? You can reduce that timeline by 80%. Choice is yours. Take some action. Refine yourself. Do not go with this definition. Based on your present results, your circumstances, your bank balance, your performance report. You have power to change. That's all. This is Deepak Badra. I'm an alignment coach. I live in Dubai. I help people to align their life and help them to design their life. That's all. Take good care of yourself. Bye.
