Thank you Deepak and hi, good morning. This is Moody Sundaram, your happiness coach, founder of TLC Masterminds. If you are a business owner, this video is specifically for you. Because you started the business out of passion to help a lot of people. But sometimes out of passion what happens is we get stuck in operating the entire business instead of owning the entire business. We end up in talking to all the customers, we end up in selling our products, we end up in delivering the products, chasing everything and we are always worried, how can I delegate this to people so that I will get more free time? Does it sound like you? That's the reason why I always keep telling everyone, Deepak, that as a business owner you need to learn certain skills. Like how do you coach your team members so that they can start doing things that you have been doing so that you are little free to do little bit of sales and marketing for you. You. Okay? And very importantly, you should also know how to train your own employees, train your vendors, train your customers how to use the products. So every, every parent is a teacher. Every business owner must be a teacher. They should learn the art and skill of coaching, teaching others, training others because it will help you to free yourself. That's number one. Number two, we all started this entire business out of passion. We always want to impact more lives. So for that you need to brand yourself and you need to build a little bit of authority inside you. You have enough experience, you have done, you had enough failures in your life also. So how are you sharing these failures, the key messages. You learn from these mistakes as a message to everyone so that you can inspire the next generation also. And the best part is writing a book and becoming an author. I believe that everyone has that message in their heart which they can share with others. They have enough experience which they can give it to others. So advantage of a business owner, Deepak, is if you write a book, don't write the book to sell. Give the book to all your prospective customers. They will suddenly start buying your product and services. So indirectly there you sharing your knowledge. But still it helps you to build your business. Also because a business owner will always be a business owner. They always want to see everywhere business. So that's the reason the fastest way to build your business is becoming an author, becoming an authority, becoming a good speaker, trainer, coach. And that's the reason, Deepak, I created this tlc.
