Your better life is just one Decision away!

In this motivational talk recorded in Dubai, the speaker addresses the common failure of New Year resolutions, noting that 85% of people abandon their goals by the 18th of January—a day he calls "quitter's day." Drawing on lessons from his mentor Bob Proctor, he introduces the "traffic‑light syndrome," a metaphor for how people wait for every condition (money, skills, perfect timing) to be green before taking action. He argues that real progress requires moving forward despite red lights. The core of the presentation is the 3D framework—Decision, Discipline, Direction. A committed decision, repeated daily, creates a mental shift that attracts resources. Discipline is defined as self‑imposed commands followed consistently. Direction is likened to a GPS, supplied by mentors and clear purpose, ensuring actions are aligned with the intended outcome. The speaker also outlines six "mental gifts"—imagination, will/focus, thinking, memory, perception, intuition—and explains how each can be cultivated to support exponential growth. He shares a personal anecdote about deciding in 2016 to become a consultant under Bob Proctor’s guidance, emphasizing that clarity of desire precedes decision‑making. The talk concludes with an invitation for viewers to type "ready" in the chat to receive coaching, positioning the speaker as a guide for entrepreneurs and individuals seeking life design.

Hey friends, very happy New Year and good evening from Dubai. Good morning, good afternoon, whichever part of the world you are in. It's 7th January, so one week already has gone. New Year, maybe last week on the same day, on the 1st of January, you are very serious to change your life. New Year resolutions, commitment, intentions. Vision board, all those things. That's what people do on 31st of January— or sorry, 31st of December or 1st of January. But how long people continue with this? Now, 18th January every year is known as a quitter's day. 85% of people who make the New Year resolutions, they give up in 17 days. 18th January Most of the people, they quit, and then definitely they are not going to reach the goal, or you can say the purpose or the vision what they have intended to. Now, if you are one of them, pay very close attention, because in this video what I am going to share is something which I learned from my mentor, Bob Proctor, and he was always giving real-life example. And then one time I remember I was going for trainings to Canada and he was talking about traffic light syndrome. He says most of the people, they are stuck. They decide, they are serious, they are committed, but then something happens within their mind and then they give up, they quit. And he was giving example of traffic light. Now I will show you on this picture Uh, you can see this. This is a traffic light, correct? Now I want you to imagine that you are starting from your home to go to your office, or maybe for a meeting. And do you wait for all the traffic lights to be green and then you start? No, your answer is definitely no. You start whether it is green or amber or red. You don't know. And first, suppose you get red light, you stop it, you wait, and then you wait for it to be green, and then next, then next, then next, and you reach to your destination. Then this is the real way to grow, to reach to your destination, to reach to your journey. But in real life, what happens? Do you wait for all the traffic lights to be green? And what I mean is So this is our cat, okay? Uh, do you wait for all the skills, right time, all the money, support, circumstances, economy, everything is in your favor, then only you take massive action? Now if your answer is yes, think about this, think about this traffic light concept. We don't wait for traffic light, all the traffic lights to be green. Do you wait for real value? See, nothing happens without taking action. Now, if you have decided to achieve financial freedom, or you have decided to expand your business, or you have decided to do something bigger than you never did in life, the fear, the doubt, the worry is very common. Those red signals will come, but it is your awareness Not to stop there. And I'm in this video, I'm going to share the concept called 3D. And 3D is, if I share another picture, the 3D is this. You need to make a decision. You need to— so decision, not only a dream, decision is a committed decision that you told yourself that enough is enough. I am ready, I am willing to pay the price, and I am taking— I'm going to take some support, some help. Maybe you alone, you can't do it. Maybe you need a partner, maybe you need a mentor, maybe you need somebody who can guide you, who has already walked that path. The moment you make a decision— listen to this carefully— the moment you make a committed decision in your mind and you told yourself that I am willing to pay the price, and I'm able to do this. You don't know from where the resources will show up. And I would like to share the time when I made a decision to become consultant with Bob Proctor, and it was April 2016, exactly maybe little more than 9 or 9 and a half years back. It was a crazy decision. I didn't know how to do it, but then one word sentence Bob Proctor told me You don't need to know how. How will show up when you have a clarity on what you really want. So at this point, when you are watching this video, I want you to think about what do you really want in your life. Unless you don't have that clarity, the decision will not be taken. Maybe you will make small decision, maybe you will be happy with incremental growth. I want you to think about exponential growth and to make exponential growth To achieve big results, you need to make the decision first. You made a decision, but that is not enough. Every day you have to repeat that decision. It should be a committed decision. You need to be accountable. Cat is going around me. Cat, or you can say animals, they have 5 senses. So I will, I'll just cover that also. Now see this cat, it's It is having 5 senses: see, hear, smell, taste, and touch. And the same thing we as human being also are having. But as a human being, we are given 6 mental gifts. We are given 6 mental gifts. Decide to learn about these 6 mental gifts. Decide to develop these 6 mental gifts. So first is imagination. I live in Dubai. Dubai rulers, there is a statement or quote: future belongs to those who can imagine it, design it, execute it. Our first mental gift is imagination. Cat and dog, they can't create what we are having ability to create. Most people, they use imagination against them in form of worry. Imagination can be used to create something which you really want. Then comes, uh, will, focus. Hold one picture at a time. Give your, like, example is magnifying glass. What magnifying glass does differently, it focus sunlight at one point which can ignite the fire. And same thing with your thoughts. If you are carrying thoughts of worry and doubt, you will get more of that. If you are carrying thoughts of your dream and decision and desire, you will get more of it. Focus on that, what you want, not what you don't want. Then comes thinking. Thinking is not mental activity. Thinking is reasoning. Ask yourself, What you are doing, the way you spend time, the way you spend energy, the way you spend money, is it helping you to achieve what you want? And you will get answer. Then comes memory. Memory is our ability to recall your wins. We have a lot of wins in our life. Maybe we have mistakes also, we have losses also. The moment you remember those losses, somebody has cheated you, you will start focusing on that and you will get yourself into that vibration. What you can do, you can remember your wins, and then you will see the shift. Then comes perception. Opportunities are everywhere. Opportunities are just changing its form. COVID came. For some people, it was setbacks, challenges. Some people, they found opportunity in them. And then comes intuition. Intuition is tapping into the universal power which is there around us all the time. Ideas are there around us all the time. It's the right mindset. So the moment you make a decision, you, you'll be shifting your mind to a new frequency where you have answers, you have resources, you have people, you have money. Discipline. You need to have discipline, correct? Discipline is not somebody tells you to do. It is you are giving yourself a command and then following it. And what I'm sharing, I learned from Bob Proctor. I applied it and And then comes direction. Taking decision, having discipline, but if your actions are in the wrong direction, it's like GPS. We have GPS in our life, we use GPS. Why GPS we use? Because it gives us direction, it gives precision, it gives us which direction to go, how much time it will take, which route to take. Direction. And mentors are like direction, mentors are like GPS. I have many mentors in life. What I have achieved today is with the help of mentors. I want you to think about this. Do you have right direction every day when you wake up in the morning? Do you have a purpose to wake up in the morning? Think about this. So this 3D I wanted to share in this video. You have to make a decision, you need to have discipline, and then you need to take aligned action in the right direction. Now, if this makes sense, and if you feel that yes, this makes sense, I want to I want to give myself a chance, type, uh, I'm ready or ready in the chat box, and then I will connect with you. I will— I'm helping people, business owners or entrepreneurs, to align and design their life. Somebody has helped me. I'm on the journey to help other people. Thank you and have a great year ahead, great time ahead. Take care of you and all the best. Thank you.
