How have you been able to build your leadership team? Is the team that you have now the team that you had 10 years ago, or have they kept pace with the business, or have you had to trade up or go into the transfer market?
I suppose the message for budding entrepreneurs is be very aware that you're going to lose people and you're going to lose good people on the journey. If you're totally passionate and you are trying to do something that nobody's ever done before, it's difficult for people to come with you on that journey because they can't push as hard as you want to push. So you are going to lose people and you're going to lose some good people. But that's part of the journey. If you have initiative, you're smart, or you're a nice person and do you have a can-do attitude? But being an entrepreneur and trying to disrupt a very old and massive industry, you've got to move very, very quickly. And that's hard for lots of people.
