In terms of your leadership journey at Delphis, you know, when you started, it was just you. What did you have to do to get back your time so that, you know, the business doesn't stop when you go to Dubai? What are some of the things you had to do to make that happen?
I think the main thing for us and remains the same today is let the machine do the work. So automate as much as we possibly can. We've been pretty advanced from the beginning because we're a new business. I was looking for digital disruption technology right from the beginning and how can we embed tech into what we do so that we can give ourselves time? Because it is quite a labor-intensive business, right? You've got factories that make your stuff. You've got clients where you actually physically need to go there because there's a regulatory requirement to go to restaurants and go to sites where they're using cleaning products. But tech, right from the beginning, we've embedded in everything and everybody knows hands off the machine. If there's anything that's repetitive, it has to be done by a machine.
