A speaker shares three books that transformed his productivity and leadership. He read 'The Now Habit' by Neil Fiore a decade after buying it, which cured his chronic procrastination. 'The Five Dysfunctions of a Team' by Patrick Lencioni and 'Built to Last' followed, each addressing a bigger level: personal work, then teams, then the whole company.

What books have been helpful to you on your journey? A few. So first off, I used to be the world's worst procrastinator. So bad. I bought a set of books on overcoming procrastination in the year 2000, and I didn't read them until 2010. One of those books was The Now Habit by Neil Fiore. That literally changed my life. I went from being a procrastinator to a super producer. Number 2, Five Dysfunctions of a Team by Patrick Lencioni. Game changer. In terms of how I managed leadership teams. And then the 3rd most influential book for me was Built to Last, an old classic. They talk about 5, I think it was 5 commonalities shared by the world's most enduring companies at that time in the dataset. Yeah. First one helped me optimize myself. The 2nd one, 5 Dysfunctions of a Team, helped me optimize, you know, the output of other people. And then the 3rd thing helped me optimize, you know, the output and the performance of the company.
