So today I want to talk to you about credit, the importance of having it, and how easy it is to actually check your score and credit report at any time. So back in the day, it used to be a little bit more difficult to check your credit reports. You would actually have to call the credit bureaus and say, hey, I would like to get my credit report. They would put it in the air envelope, mail it out to you, take a week or two, then you actually get to look at your credit report. But now things are totally different, and I'm so tired of meeting people who are like, I haven't checked my credit score, my credit report in years. It's ridiculous. There's no reason for that to be. So I want to give you a couple, couple free resources that you can use to check your credit and know your credit score at all times. So obviously you may have already heard about annualcreditreport.com, which allows you to get one free credit report from all three credit bureaus every year for free, okay. But there's some other really great resources now as well that will allow you to have your credit score in the palm of your hand at all times. And I think it's very important, just like when people say, "Hey, how old are you?" And you're able to say your age just like that, you should be able to know your credit score at all times, okay. So if you want to get your full credit report, you can go to annualcreditreport.com. But if you're looking for some really cool apps that allow you to monitor your credit for free and have your score and credit report in the palm of your hand at all times, you need to check out CreditKarma.com. There's also CreditSesame.com. There's also Quizzle. And last but not least, one of my new favorites is Credit.com. These are all great, awesome apps. They're all mobile apps that will allow you to have your score and credit report in the palm of your hands at all times, like I said earlier. But another cool cool thing is they'll give you alerts. So if someone else tries to open credit in your name, or if there's a late payment that arrives on your credit report, or anything weird that comes up, it'll let you know. So if I ever see you out and I ask you, "Hey, when's the last time you checked your credit report?" There should be no excuse for you to say you're checking it every couple years, okay?
