Be okay with saying you need help. Be okay with hiring someone to clean your house. It makes more sense for a professional house cleaner to clean my toilet than for me to clean my toilet based on what I can command at an hourly rate within my company. It just doesn't make sense. So for me, I had to start outsourcing a lot of those smaller tasks which free me up to go be an amazing mom while someone's cleaning the house, or for me to go be an amazing CEO while someone's watching my children during the day and teaching them and educating them, right? So I think that's, that's something that's just really important for us to understand as women.
