Hey everyone, it's Dr. Dave. Hope you're all set for a wonderful day. I'm outside today. It's kind of the second or third nice day of spring. I should probably have my shades on. Just wanted to share a little message with you guys now that spring is here and depending on whereabouts in the world you are and how your winter has been. I know a lot of us make New Year's resolutions and we have plans. The start of a new year is a great time to get inspired and make some changes, but you know, springtime is amazing because it's a time of renewed growth and a lot of new energy and it's a time to tap into some changes that are taking place. Nature's coming back alive, and a lot of times we have hopes, dreams, desires, and ambitions. Springtime is a great time to get out there and make things happen. So I encourage you today at lunchtime when the sun is shining, if you can take 10-15 minutes or more and get outside for a walk, maybe sit outside and think about where you're headed and what you want to see happen in your life. Just send out some positive energy At the end of the day, take a different route home, the longer way. Take your time, enjoy yourself, and let the spring energy revive you and, and heal you and head you where you want to be tomorrow, a better place than today. I want to share that quick message with you. I wish you all the best. Have a great experience out there, and I'll catch you next time.
