Hey, everybody. Dr. Diane, founder of my lime doc here. In this video, we're going to talk about infections, dementia and brain health. So research is showing more and more that conditions such as Alzheimer's, as well as dementia and brain issues leading up to that can be caused by diseases such as Lyme disease, which is very, very common. Not just found in ticks, also found in mosquitoes, but also in diseases such as cytomegalovirus, which is one of the viruses that causes mono. The other virus is called eb, Human herpes viruses. And so human herpes virus that are doing things like cold sores for people. Very, very, very common. Also been linked to things like dementia and Alzheimer's disease. We also see hep C, we see periodontal disease. So having periodontal problems can really lead to things like dementia and brain fog. So point not to scare you, point is to empower you. Because what we want to do is if you are in a situation where you're having cognitive decline, if you're having brain, you want to think, start saying like, okay, there's a reason for this. And the inflammation from some of these infections will cause this brain inflammation and some of these problems. So from that standpoint, you want to be testing for things like Lyme, you want to be using companies like Vibrant Wellness that use really good quality test. You want to test for things like cmv, you want to test for things like herpes if you have cold sores, you want to be working with a doctor to make sure you are really keeping that viral load down. But. And you want to really make sure you have good oral hygiene to prevent periodontal diseases, disease as well. So making sure that if you have any signs of brain abnormalities from a memory perspective, even if it's as simple as very basic things such as your brain being foggy or can't always remember track conversations or not remembering where your keys are, these are signs that are happening that you want to do something about now, right? You want to definitely do something about that now. So. So when you're working with a, you know, a clinician, be an advocate, get these tests run, look for the root causes, can really, really help you and perhaps even save your life. So I've all sorts of different ways of working with my clinic. Those are in the show notes. And if you like this, please don't keep me a secret. Please subscribe and tell your friends. I'm trying to help as many people as possible. Thank you so much. See you next.
