Dr. Diane Mueller’s short YouTube video 'Toxins and Emotions 2 #shorts' explains that certain metals are toxic for some people because they increase reactive oxygen species (ROS) in the body. The video describes ROS as highly reactive molecules that steal electrons from other molecules, triggering chain reactions that impair cells and neurons and lead to physiological dysfunction.

Foreign hey, everybody. Dr. Diane Mueller here on another episode of Toxins and Emotions. And in this video, we're going to talk about toxic metals. Not all metals are toxic, but some are. And the ones that are are severely toxic to certain people. One of the ways that metals become toxic is metals create a process where they increase something called a reactive oxygen species in the body. Reactive oxygen species in the body is a highly reactive molecule. And this highly reactive molecule will basically create a chain of events where it's stealing components, it's stealing electrons, essentially, but components of other molecules throughout the body. So what you get is a chain reaction of cells and neurons and other things that are not working correctly. And guess what happens sometimes when things in the body do not work correct? Well, the body.
