Unveiling Hidden Parasites: The Connection to Lyme and Mold Illness

Dr. Diane Mueller says parasites are common in chronic illness but missed by standard tests. Herbals and pharmaceuticals, sometimes with biofilm disruptors like NAC, can reveal and eliminate them, though protocols typically take around two months to show results.

Hey everybody. Dr. Diane here in this video, we're talking about parasites and chronic illness. Now, it's very, very common that I work with people and they start seeing this is gonna be really gross. They start seeing parasites in their stool. Now this can be super gross, but also a really good sign. It's so common that we have parasites. Right. A friend and colleague of mine who was trained in Europe as a medical doctor, she was sharing with me that in her training, my, they were just taught that we should just assume people have parasites because they are so predominant and just do parasite cleanses presumptively. There are other studies, for example, on things like toxoplasma, showing that 80% of 80 year olds have this parasite because of how common it is. And just the longer you live, the more exposure you have. So as gross as this is, and I know the people I work with find this sometimes interesting, but yet quite disgusting, and quite frankly it is, it's important to just kind of assume that you have a parasite. And unfortunately, where we are with labs right now is we don't know for sure. Like there's not lab tests that actually are able to identify every human parasite that exists. So because of that, oftentimes parasites go and they're missed because things like Giardia are tested for Cryptosporidia or Entamoebia this, like these common parasites, there's many more parasites than that they're not commonly tested for. And because parasites burrow, the tests aren't even always that accurate because they can hide. So in the chronic disease world, it's definitely very, very good to just assume that there is a parasite present and work to eliminate that and eradicate that as much as possible. And so we can use herbals, we can use pharmaceuticals for those things. That's something that needs to be determined between you and whoever's working with you. But I've seen herbals work really well. I've seen need for pharmaceuticals. So sometimes one works, sometimes another works. Oftentimes we have to use parasite protocols with biofilm disruptors like nac. And sometimes I've seen cases where people are on parasite protocols for about two months before they actually start noticing something. So if you're like trying this and you're like, I'm not seeing anything in the first couple of weeks, sometimes it takes longer. The other thing I've seen is that sometimes when we combine an antiparasitic with a gut healer, that we see more parasites in the stool. So I've seen situations clinically where parasites are not in the stool, but we're giving antiparasitics. Then we start giving a gut healer something, a molecule, herb, a supplement that actually heals the intestinal lining. And as soon as we add that, that's when we start seeing the parasite. So, you know, as clinicians, we're always trying to theorize when we notice these things, like what could be happening. So a theory that I have with that is that as we're healing the intestinal lining, one of the things that's happening is the intestinal lining is healing. And that healing process is pushing because the cells are not diseased. There's not all this extra space in the cells. There's not all this dead material for the parasites to kind of eat off of. And so we're essentially pushing, pushing the parasites more closely into the intestinal tract as the gut is healing, because we're giving those healing agents. And then as we do that, we see the parasites enter the stool. So it's another thing to consider. So we always want to consider this as a root cause. I've seen doing anti parasitics. I've seen it help with intestinal health, with overarching inflammation, with brain fog, with chronic fatigue, on and on and on and on. So definitely want to make sure to consider parasites as a hidden cause that may not show up on lab tests. So I hope this has been helpful. As always, Please do subscribe to my channel. If it was. Again, I'm Dr. Diane from my lymedoc. You can find information about how to work with me and my team in the show notes below. I'll see you in the next one.
