Cancer Side Effects Dropped by 95 Percent!

In this presentation Dr. Dino Prado, founder of EnVita Medical Centers, argues that precision, n-of-1 oncology dramatically outperforms conventional cancer care. He cites a 2024 study of roughly 200 late‑stage patients treated with his multi‑omics, AI‑driven protocols, reporting a 72% response rate (35× higher than the 2% palliative response seen with standard care) and a 95% reduction in side‑effects, alongside a 43‑fold improvement in quality‑of‑life scores. Prado contrasts three approaches using a pendulum metaphor: conventional one‑size‑fits‑all oncology (limited to a few dozen data points and driven by fast‑track drug approvals), integrative/natural medicine (supportive but untargeted), and the middle ground—personalized precision oncology that leverages >1,000 data points (DNA, RNA, spatial biology, immune profiling) and AI to design custom treatment plans. He explains how micro‑dosing chemotherapy (10‑12% of traditional dose) and engineered immune cell therapies (expanded NK and dendritic cells) achieve high efficacy with minimal toxicity. The talk critiques the current drug‑approval pipeline, noting that many fast‑track drugs show no survival benefit, and emphasizes the need to move beyond large‑cohort clinical trials toward individualized, data‑guided care. Patient anecdotes illustrate stage‑IV patients regaining energy, traveling, and responding rapidly after receiving precision‑targeted therapies. Prado concludes that integrating targeted integrative modalities within this data‑driven framework is the future of oncology, ultimately aiming to make cancer a non‑issue.

In our published 2024 paper, late stage cancer patients that were treated had a 72% response rate. That's 35 times higher than conventional care compared to the 2% palliative care that we saw in conventional oncology. That's a major improvement. Quality of life, which is a score I like the most here, improved by 43 times. And 95% of the patients had fewer side effects than their previous standard oncology. This is huge. These aren't theories. These aren't just some papers. This is exactly what was published. Power of pre targeting. This is from patients we treated over about. Almost 200 patients were in this group. So you need to know this because when you're talking about cancer treatment, you don't want to just manage the disease, but you want to fight to win. And precision makes all the difference. Look, we know today we've got amazing technology. We can launch rockets into space. We can land them on a pinpoint precision right back on the pad using thousands of data points. But when it comes to technology today and oncology, we're just far behind. We're not using all the latest technology, but that's where precision makes the difference. If we can land a rocket right on a pinpoint, we should be able to land cancer treatment in the same way conventional cancer care relies on maybe a couple dozen data points. And that's the difference. We're using over a thousand data points to get precision, and it's going to make a big difference when we're trying to treat people. I'm Dr. Dino Prado, founder of Envita Medical centers. In the last 25 years, we've treated thousands of patients who've already failed the top cancer hospitals, really, around the world and in the United States. And we've built some of the most advanced algorithms for cancer testing and treatment from all over the world. These aren't random and they're not outdated, but they're precision targets. And it's the future of cancer treatment. And that's why I. I think there's an end near, because the more targeted data we have, the better responses we see with patients. So to imagine this, so I can help you visualize what's going on in the world of cancer today. I want you to see a pendulum, right? So you have a pendulum where conventional medicine is way here on, on the far left and to the right, you have natural or integrative medicine all the way out here. And in the middle, you have this thing called precision. I'm going to explain it to you. So far out on the left, we have this conventional oncology. It's a one size fits all model. It's based on the double blind placebo clinical trials. That means that people with the same type and stage of cancer are all treated the same. So we can take a breast cancer, same type and stage, colon, same type, prostate, pancreatic, whatever, and they're given the same treatment based on the national comprehensive cancer network guidelines. The problem is this is designed for the masses, but when you actually run more data, they're all unique. Each cancer is unique and this is where they miss the boat. Now if we go back and look at these drugs the way they're approved, this is how it's done. Big pharma does fast track with fda means it gets it approved, sometimes faster. The drug doesn't have to be much better than an existing drug on the market. It's much more expensive. It's managing the cancer, often not bringing it into full remission like we want. And then this gets moved on down the pipeline of the cancer industrial complex. You may want to watch my other videos to learn about those. And it increases the cost, but only improves life expectancy, maybe by a few months. So everyone with late stage cancers is getting the same protocols with the same type and stage. And this is an outdated model versus what I'm going to be talking about, which is n of one where treatment is built on you. It's a custom treatment plan that uses a thousand plus data points that involves everything from DNA, rna, spatial biology, immunity to custom build a treatment for you. And it's become so important to know the difference. Early detection is important and that's where we've seen conventional oncology really do its best. But in late stage cancer with this 2% palliative response rate, it is not enough. It is not where we belong, especially in the time of AI and data. We need to go way beyond that. And that's what precision does. Now let me swing the pendulum to the far right where we're talking about integrative and natural medicine. We know these because we supply 4,500 of these doct functional medicine naturopaths, MDs, DOs doing natural medicine or integrative care with their treatments from our pharmacies. And they're good, they're supportive, but they're usually not on target. And you know, in the early years of our clinical work, we were like the number one users of ozone therapy and vitamin C. I only know this from the suppliers who told us that we were using a lot of it and glutathione and methylene blue and hyperbaric oxygen and phytotherapeutic. I can name all these natural treatments and they're good. They can support the body, they can help with healing. But the problem is they're not targeted either. And when they're not targeted, you're not getting the best of everything. Meaning it can give you energy, it can fuel you, it might help with recovery, but it's not targeting the goal of shutting the cancer down from multiple aspects because there's no data targeting it. That's like giving your rocket more fuel without the guidance it needs for the system. So right in that middle of the pendulum, you have what I'm talking about, which is personalized precision oncology. Now imagine the best of both, but driven by data. Now you don't need the high doses of chemo, you don't have to lose your hair, you can have your energy, you can feel good. In fact, I can tell you a story that we had with some of our patients just the other day. Running into them, stage four, both of them, Adenocarcinoma, the colon, very advanced. And they look like they were on vacation. They were coloring their face, hiking, traveling in between care. That's what precision can do, right? Plus they're responding beautifully to care, which is the most important thing. So every day we see the benefits of precision oncology. After two and a half decades of working in this area, we know that data matters and precisional care matters. In the old model, what I call the conventional care, before it starts getting to this level of high level precision, it's going to take a while. And the reason has to do with it's mainly a big pharma driven model with drug design that has to go through not just its approval, but it's for the masses. So then they have to approve a drug for every single DNA, RNA transcriptome. It's going to take forever and we can't wait forever. When you think it takes a drug, by the time it gets approved to becoming widely available. Not just Approved, widely available. 10 to 15 years. Nobody can wait that long. We need that care now. And that's what precision targeting is. That's been the mission of my life's work and our team is to get that targeted blueprint to our patients so we can help them. So what's really exciting now is we can customize. We don't have to worry. Oh, is natural medicine work or is this the right conventional target? No, the data guides us. We're totally unbiased. We let the Data guide. But then there's another piece to this. It's how we're delivering treatment. If you think about it for a minute and you give IV chemotherapy, some of you may not know this. Only 5% actually makes it to the tumor, which means 95% is harming your nervous system, organs, losing hair, looking tired, run down. You can see this. If you've ever been to a cancer ward in a hospital, it is what you're seeing with over treatment, maximum therapeutic dose, sometimes increasing resistance. But when we know what the targets are, we can give really micro doses, maybe 10%, 12%. And those doses are so micro that you metabolize them well, but you also get the response that you want. Because we took the guesswork out, we're using the data to guide. This is the difference between precision targeting and conventional care. The side effects are significantly less and we see in our clinical experience far better response rates from the fact that our patients often have already failed that care before coming to us. Another key aspect is the immune system. So I'm going to get into this because this is part of precision targeting our natural killer cells. You they're God's gift to our body. Dendritic cells that go out, find cancer cells and kill them. In fact, 10,000 times a day. If you have a healthy immune system, it finds these early mutations and just deletes them, kills them, takes them right out. But in the modern world of again conventional oncology, they're using immunotherapy like PD1 and PD L1 inhibitors. We've been using these for over a decade, on and off label, and they have their place. But in their long term response rates, you only see about 19% of the cases. In our clinical experience and also according to frontiers in oncology and other groups, it doesn't have the long term response. And you may ask yourself why? Because some of These have a PD1 marker, but you don't know to what percentage at the tumor level, meaning they can get immune exhausted and run down. Because it's only one piece of the puzzle. There are other factors to the immune system. And when you do spatial biology and immune profiling, you can immediately see where the immune system is weak and strengthen it. Now the natural guys on the other end of the spectrum, we're going to give vitamin C and methylene blue and all these beautiful therapies, but they are also not targeted. And when you look at precision oncology, sometimes we take the natural killer cells, dendritic cells, out of the body, we grow them, we expand them, Teach them to attack the tumor against damps and antigens and PEPT re infuse them into the body. I just had a patient I spoke to that I hadn't seen in a while and three years ago came to us for with a neck cancer like a squamous cell, the neck couldn't eat. Big policeman guy, wonderful guy, no, strong guy and couldn't eat, was wasting away, wasn't sure. And when as soon as he received his cells, he felt warmth around his neck like a fever. It was like a good feeling. Within four hours started to shrink and within several hours able to eat again. He shared with me and reminded me of that again. And we've done that with patients where in his case the immune system was such a critical piece to care. So it's so important to know what precision can do to not just say, oh, I'm going to do natural or I'm going to only do conventional, but get the right targeting. Because you're missing what I believe is the future to ending this cancer once and for all. Getting the right targets without going through the scary part of hair loss, wasting away, losing what you know, looking, feeling sick, nausea, you feel like that in itself is a battle. I've seen many videos on YouTube where patients share their stories. Even doctors who've converted to natural medicine who've shared their stories of losing their hair and going through these chemo experiences and making it through. And I'm like, with precision on oncology, we could have prevented all of that and actually targeted the care much better. And this is why we see success after patients have failed America's top hospitals is because of this precision targeting. It's guided, it's direct, it's right in the middle of that pendulum I was just talking about, where you get the best of both worlds and you let the data identify what the optimal targets are for you. So we understand that the conventional model likes to adhere to the one size fits all, double blind placebo clinical trial. But that isn't you. Everybody's not the average. And the integrative medicine, which is doing the best they can to support healing, is trying to give you energy and fuel for recovery. But it also may not be as precise as you need it. So this is why we're talking about today, this n of 1. What is n of 1? It's the treatment built on you and everything around the treatment. The data is on you. N of 1 treatment. We have molecular tumor boards that meet regularly and we talk about this all the time. Like two cancer patients, two Types, two stages, totally different treatments. Because we're looking at a thousand data points. In conventional oncology, you might be looking at two dozen. Biopsy, tumor marker imaging, that's it. You fail a treatment, go to the next regimen, fail a treatment, that's it. It's not at the level of at these thousand plus data points to really dial in the treatment specifically for each patient. So what you want, and I think is going to move the world forward is to get beyond what we have seen in this broken oncology model. The American Society of Clinical Oncology posted not too long ago that 43% of FDA fast track cancer drugs showed no real survival or quality of life benefits. And we fast tracked them. And there's a thing called bio creep where the drug isn't better than the previous drug. This is from the Journal of Clinical Epidemiology. So we need to look deeper than this one size fits all model. And that precision model we call multiomics personalized approach demonstrates the nonst and comprehensive targeting method, proving that traditional double blind placebo clinical trials are outdated. And we've seen this in our clinical experience. The n of 1 is the future, especially with AI and genomics and immunotherapy. We need to know what's specific for you and that's how we help people survive. That's how we end the game of cancer, in my opinion. And that's only getting better. As our targeting improves, our laboratory targets and treatments improve and customization for our patients, that's how we end the game. That's how we go from standard of care in one size fits all to personalization. And we don't exclude integrative medicine because integrative medicine has beautiful targets, but it has to be targeted. It can't just be random. So this new precision model that we've been using and really perfecting over two and a half decades in real time has really made a difference for our patients. We can tell if treatment's working or not. We can tell prognosis targeting, we can adapt care, we can adapt immunotherapy in real time. This is why it's so important that we look beyond the standard one size fits all model. The truth is really simple. It's not even close. When you put precision compared to conventional, you're looking at so much more data and personalization. And I've spent the last 25 years with our team building systems specifically to target cancer at all stages. And when we've treated thousands of cancer patients, the targeting has made all the difference. That's why this work in my opinion stands out as the way to end cancer I already see the end coming because I can see the data, the precision getting better. I can already see a day where cancer is not an issue anymore but but getting this to the patient is not an easy thing. It takes a different ecosystem. You got to get rid of the institutional bias and with some of the things I spoke before in the video about what are the systems that are slowing us down not looking at The N of 1 meaning you and the individual person instead of looking at large cohorts of people. It's going to make a world of difference and the pendulum needs to swing right in that middle spot. Not too far to the left of the conventional, too far to the right of the integrative but right in the middle because the future of oncology is getting right there. I hope this was helpful in helping you kind of put all these different pieces together other and may the Lord bless you on your journey to healing.
