What's the right target for the patient? What works for you? We're not guessing. We're using precision targeting. We're looking at specific patterns, pathways, genes that are upregulated tumor microenvironments which are telling us whether the tumor is hot or cold, whether your immune system can see the cancer or not. And then we look at the metabolic pathways that are feeding the cancer. When we decide to use a repurposed drug in cancer, it's because it works in combination with either what you're doing or with the mechanisms that are going to shut your cancer down. So this is where I believe we need to go with all of oncology, not just repurposed drugs, using targeting, getting out of dogma, getting into data and getting precision care.
