Dino Prato describes Fran, a patient with metastatic lung cancer and brain tumors who refused chemotherapy. Instead she received genetic testing, targeted drugs, immunotherapy, and repurposed medications. Prato claims she reached complete resolution.

No chemo doesn't have to mean no hope. Fran was diagnosed with metastatic non small cell lung cancer with brain metastases and when offered conventional chemo and palliative radiation at that point she said no more chemotherapy. Most doctors would have stopped right there, but we didn't. We used Precision Oncology, a blueprint that used genetically targeted fractionated chemotherapy. After we did deep mapping and we got her immune system involved with a Toggless adoptive immunotherapy that was matched to her DAMPS damage associated mole patterns. You need good immune spatial biology and mapping of the RNA transcriptomics and DNA next generation sequencing to find the right immunotherapy targets and then on label off label repurposed drugs, phytotherapeutic nanoparticles with building the natural killer cells and dendritic cells to help the immune system work. This helped her reach complete resolution.
