In a 2024 published study presented by Dino Prato, NMD, late‑stage cancer patients receiving a precision oncology treatment achieved a 72% response rate, which is roughly 35‑fold higher than the 2% response observed with conventional palliative care. The study also reported a 43‑fold improvement in quality‑of‑life scores and that 95% of participants experienced fewer side effects compared with their prior standard oncology regimens. These results are highlighted as a major breakthrough in cancer therapy.
