A breast cancer patient's recurrence was stopped using comprehensive molecular profiling—NGS, DNA, RNA, spatial biology—rather than standard limited testing. The precision approach identified specific tumor drivers and built a custom treatment that engaged her immune system, achieving a second remission. Standard testing misses the full target landscape that precision medicine reveals.
Chapters
This patient was told their breast cancer was in remission so a year ago they had a mastectomy to get rid of the entire breast with tiny two lumps, did full blown chemotherapy and they went to an integrative doctor to do Sinatra testing and some integrative care. A year later the disease returns, now it's in the other breast. How did we help them? First of all we did the right proper testing because not all testing is equal. They ran some few RNA markers. We're talking about comprehensive ngs, DNA, RNA spatial biology, immunotherapy but that's not it. Then it was custom building the medicines that are targeted going direct to tumor with minimal to little no side effects because we have the right targets getting the immune system engaged and bringing the patient into remission. We see this over and over again because the targeting isn't right and the key is building the immune system to attack the tumor and unfortunately this is a common thing we see with patients.
