Hi, this is Dr. Jameca Cooper, and before I do anything, make sure you subscribe to this channel for more information on mental health, personality disorders, and reality TV, um, and also Kevin Samuels. So make sure you subscribe. Today we are talking about one of my favorite shows, which is Married at First Sight, right? Now we are on Season 13, and we have to talk about the couples that have gotten married or gotten matched so far. And my all-time favorite has to be Makayla and Zach. I just, I just love, love, love Makayla and Zach. And what I saw from them on the episode when they got married, just beautiful. You can see the chemistry, you can see the love, you can see the really good energy and good vibes coming from each one of them and their families. It's such like the ultimate love story of how families can connect as well. But one of the things that make me love them so much is that they both have, both have these personality traits that, um, what we in my field think are really good traits to have. And these traits can be indicative of a person that is going to be more willing to work out in a relationship or in a work environment, etc., etc. So both Michaela and Zach seem to have both agreeableness and flexibility, which I think are two primary traits that help you, um, in lots of situations, whether you're in a relationship or you're at work. If you're more agreeable, you're more likely to say yes to things and to consider how things could work out. If you're more flexible, you're able, at least in your mind and in real life, to kind of be able to compromise and to work things out with another person, or especially if you're working on a team. And if nothing else, marriage is definitely a team sport, a team event. Another couple so far that I just love is Val and Johnny. And when we talk about personality traits, they have some traits that I think are a good fit as well. Both of them appear to be quite rigid. So it's really the opposite of being flexible. It's rigidity, and it's one of, one of the traits that psychologists, psychiatrists look at in mental health as far as how willing is a person, to open up to change, to do something different, to be inconvenient, to, to make things work. And both of them seem to have the trait of being rigid, but in this case, it seems to be a good match for them because they need the other person to be just as rigid as they are about certain things. And then there are some things that they do seem to be a lot more flexible about. So those are my picks so far with the couples of Married at First Sight Season 13. And I'm so excited to see the rest of the couples. I don't have any mental disorders that I would say go with either one of them yet, but the season just got started. We don't know them yet. Stay tuned for more information as the season, um, unlocks. We'll see what we find out about each one of these people, and of course some of the other ones that we haven't seen a lot of yet. So it's Dr. Jameca Cooper. Make sure you subscribe for more information on reality TV. Thank you.
