One of the unfortunate things about healing is that it's hard work. People think they're gonna see a therapist, walk into the office, have a few sessions, and be magically healed. Nah, it doesn't work like that. It's quite the opposite. Actually, you work in here and you start this process, this journey, that's very, very long and hard, sometimes difficult, sometimes uncomfortable, and And sometimes you get worse before you get better, especially if you're talking about traumatic things. But the one thing about healing that you have to remember is that it's like going through a wall. You don't get free by going around the wall because you probably tried to go around it before. How you get free and how you get healed is to go through the wall. You learn how to attack the wall, deal with the wall, conquer the wall. Then that's where you find the healing.
