Did you know with Dr. Lara, did you know that vaccines are purposely meant to cause inflammation? The reason they do that is to go ahead and stimulate the immune system to come and investigate what's going on. Take the information that is in the vaccine, take it back to the central immune system, go ahead and train it, and then have all the cells ready if the body ever gets presented something like that in the future. The issue is, when we give multiple vaccines in one visit, it creates a lot of inflammation and sometimes it can be overwhelming for the immune system. So I usually recommend that people separate out the vaccines by about two weeks. This gives the body sufficient time to go ahead, do what it needs to do, calm down, and then be ready for the next piece of information. Hope you found this helpful. Thanks for watching and have a blessed day.
