First we create a small entrance wound, just a small puncture. We're still using 18 gauge, although 16 is also recommended. I like smaller entrance points. I think it heals a little bit better, but I do try to open it up a little bit so we don't get any skin dimpling. And sutures are obviously primed by pulling them apart and fully tightening them. Now it's really important to for my right hand person to hold it up so that they'll feel can main and then I just sort of feel for that puncture area. If I get it 4x4, I can see it a little bit better. Patient's different, but during the subcutaneous tissue. So now you can see she's totally comfortable. Sam sat.
