Welcome to our Gatsby patient appreciation event. We're gonna rock this place.
Okay, let's go right there. Today we're celebrating True Med Spa. I'm so happy to be here only because they have been such a family, you know, oriented Place has wanted to help me so much as Miss California.
I think the greatest thing about that we've accomplished during our first year is to round up great employees and staff that treat us like family.
I can honestly say I feel proud to work at TruCare because Dr. Farzani really has a big heart, and he really cares a lot about all this patient. So it makes it really easy. We work all for one goal, the patient. We want to make the patient happy. When the patient happy, everybody's happy and smiling. You want to put it on?
Okay.
Kathleen has been great. She's the heart of this practice.
When I think of them, I think of, like, a power couple. They work very well together.
Sometimes I hear her talk to a patient for 40 minutes after hours where she needs to get her work done and go home. But she's instead, very happily and with a big smile on her face on the phone explaining everything.
He's, of course, a perfectionist to the end. So, you know, he's always following up and made us feel very protective.
But his bedside manner is unmatched. Honestly, he does make you feel like you're family. I was looking for the best, and from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness. Professionalism.
Every day is a day that we try to go beyond and above for our patients.
The first thing that got me hooked was how friendly the staff was and how everyone was like a family.
I still make house calls on most of my surgery patients.
When I had my surgery, Dr. Ferzani came to my home that evening to check on me.
He was very compassionate to me dealing.
With it, because when they go through.
The surgery, they're in a lot of pain.
You don't know what to do.
It's not just for the patient herself or himself. It's also for their family.
They're going through a lot. And he was very helpful in explaining that process, which I thought was very beneficial.
Trucare is one of those businesses that really participates in everything.
When you have an operation in a community, you have to take care of the community as well. And you have to know the community, and you have to be involved.
I mean, anytime we have something large, they're there. They're a sponsor, they're part of the community. They're part of donating. They want to give back to the community all the time. So it's great.
He literally will be there for you every step of the way and that's one of the beautiful things about him and something that differentiates him from almost every other doctor that you'll ever encounter. He truly cares about you. It's not about the dollar, it's about you as a approachable. He's available. He can sit with you for an hour and answer all your questions. I love this person. I love him.
Congratulations on TruCare's first anniversary.
Awesome.
Awesome.
