And while you do all these things, you got to make sure your health and fitness is taken care of. You need to maintain good relationships with your family. And sometimes it is very difficult. Most entrepreneurs have a lot of stress. It's because it is a 24, 7 job. How can you succeed without losing happiness? How can you overcome life challenges gracefully? How can you find solutions to the problems you face every day? As an entrepreneur, there are seven essential components to be successful while maintaining a happy and balanced life. Over the past decade, in my journey as an entrepreneur, as a physician and being an owner of a startup, I have discovered these principles. I'll share those seven components with you now. Number one, Time management. Number two, Mind management. Number three People management. Number four, Conflict management. Number five Mood management. Number six Decision Management. And number seven, Money management. I'm not claiming myself to be a money manager, but it is important to have a basic understanding about money and all these other components. And that perspective is going to give you a balanced life that is going to keep your stress levels low so that you can spearhead into future and achieve your goals.
