Hello, this is Dr. Kham. Now let us discuss the four forces that guide you out of despair. Number one. Hope. When you are enveloped by the darkness of despair, hope serves as the beacon of light. Never lose hope in your life. A man who loses hope is equivalent to being dead. A man who keeps his hopes high, disregarding all the negative circumstances, is sure to find solutions to his problems. 2. Faith. Well, faith is not mere confidence in oneself. It is more than that. Confidence is a function of your past experience. One who has positive experiences in the past develops self confidence. But there will be times when all the self consciousness you have, all the self confidence you have, will not be sufficient. Then you need faith, which is actually your confidence in the power that is greater than yourself. With that unshakable faith, you can overcome any challenge in your life, even though they may appear insurmountable at this moment. Number three. Patience. Patience is a virtue when a difficult situation arises. Despite all your efforts to find solutions, you may not be able to do so immediately. Don't lose your patience. Don't give up during those times. Give it time. Let it be without the situation. Wait. Be patient. If you lose your patience, you will end up worsening your situations. For example, you can't reap the fruits of a tree immediately after you sow the seeds, right? There is some time before the seed grows into the plant and then the tree, and then the fruits will be born and then you can enjoy them. The same way in life. Sometimes things take time. Be patient and you will always find solutions. Number four. Endurance. Even though you are hopeful, faithful, and you are patient, if you lack endurance, you will not last for a long time. The good news is, emotional endurance is innate to us as human beings. I also call it emotional resilience. All you have to do is access it. When you practice calmness consistently and keep stress at bay, your emotional endurance, your inner resilience strengthens. And every time you face a challenge and that you don't give up, your endurance goes up. With these four forces, you will be able to come out of any difficult situation in your life. You will be able to come out of depression. So with these four forces, hope, faith, patience and endurance, you will be able to face any challenge in your life. If you are depressed, you will be able to come out of it. You will be able to win in your life. Thanks for watching.
