Hello guys. This is Dr. Kiran Dintiala. I'm a physician, author, speaker and a stress management expert. People also call me Dr. Kham. This video is about finding our inner resilience. So what is resilience? Resilience is your capacity to bounce back from a stressful state of mind back to peaceful state of mind. It is your capacity to be flexible with life situations and adjust and do whatever that is needed to survive, to thrive, to do well. We all are born with this inner capacity called resilience. Tap into is very important right now to tap into it. So many people are stressed out because of the COVID pandemic. Do not let your fears take over you. Do not let your anxiety and worry drive you. Tap into your inner resilience. The good thing is we all are born with it. The very fact that peace of mind is your default state of mind, that you are born peacefully, gives you the ability to bounce back to that state of peace no matter how difficult your life's challenges are. I can tell you this by experience. I'm not simply reading out of some book. I'm telling you out of experience. Many years ago when was in a crisis situation, I was able to tap into this inner resilience and our inner well being, our innate mental state of peace and joy which is natural to all of us. And that showed me the way out of the crisis at the time. If I can remain peaceful during this pandemic, I am sure you can too. Do not underestimate the power of human resilience. History shows us time and again that people, human beings, have surpassed all the challenges, have overcome them and have done well. Tap into that inner potential of yours, that inner resilience. Thank you for watching and stay calm.
