In this segment, I will share with you relaxation exercise number two. Every day as you walk, take time to notice your breathing and your thoughts. You can do this at any time during the day. Remind yourself that joy is your true nature and your joy is within you and is independent of all external conditions. Whatever situation that you are seeing now is just a momentary reality. That momentary reality will have to pass and a new momentary reality will emerge the next moment. Any reality is real to you only as long as you focus on it. The moment you let go of the previous thought, the next thought will come forward, creating a new momentary reality. So your reality essentially changes from moment to moment. As you move along your thought train and as you choose your thoughts and decide what to entertain and what not to entertain. As you choose positive and constructive thoughts, your reality will mold itself into the same. If you choose to focus on negative and destructive thoughts, your reality will be the same. It is entirely up to you what thoughts you want to entertain and what thoughts you do not want to entertain. Just be aware of your thoughts.
