So now let us start with the relaxation exercise and go into meditation. Okay, let us do that. Ready? So you're all ready for the relaxation exercise. Now take a deep breath. Again. Take another deep breath. And then slowly release your breath. And do this a few times. Maybe three times, five times. Let the weight in your body totally sink into the chair. Just let it go. Just let go of all the weight. Let it be. Just sink into the chair. Feel heavy. Okay. Let go of all the tension in the body. You can just move your arms and legs. Just feel where there is tension and just let it go. Take a deep breath. Your breath and mind are connected. When you're taking these deep breaths, You are actually slowing down your respirations. And when your breathing is slowed down, your mind also slows down. The restlessness in your thoughts slows down. There is an indirect way to control the thoughts in your mind. Because thoughts are difficult to control directly. So breath is a powerful tool for that. And let go of every single idea that comes to your mind. Just let it go. Let it go. Doesn't matter. Say the next few minutes. The next five minutes is for me. I'll think about you later. After five minutes. Just let it go. This time is for me. By this time, you should already feel relaxed, breathing slowed down. Body and mind melting into a state of calmness. Be there any thought comes to your mind. You say after five minutes. And then as you're going deeper into this relaxed state, observe your breath. You notice there is only one breath that you can take. Anytime. Either the breath is going in or it is going out. You can't both breath in and breathe out at the same time. There is really only one breath at any time. That means there is only that one moment. That is true. Everything else your mind is trying to either go into the past or into the future is jumping back and forth. But this is the only moment that is existent. This breath. Focus on that breath. Focus on this moment. And as you anchor yourself into this moment, Know the thoughts, everything else tuned out. You feel a state of deep peace that is there within you already. It is there. You are accessing it now. You are born peaceful. You are born joyful. By letting go of all those thoughts in your mind, staying in the present, Slowing down your breath, focusing on but just one breath. Breath. You're experiencing that inner peace that is yours. It's there. It doesn't matter what's going on around you. All that is nonsense. This is the state of relaxation that you can stay in and continue this as long as you can. The longer the better. Now, it is good to start with a relaxation exercise like this so that your mind and body are conducive to go into meditation.
