Hello, guys. This is Dr. Kiran Dintiala. I'm a physician, author, speaker, and a stress management expert. People also call me Dr. Kham. Yesterday one of my friends called me and said, I'm going crazy. I am totally bored sitting at home not knowing what to do. So here are some tips for people how to stay sane in the midst of this home isolation. So, number one, you could use this time to probably, you know, do some goal setting, especially if you missed setting your new year resolutions. Take time to reflect upon what you have done over the past three months and what else has to be done over the next nine months this year. Goals have the power to propel us forward and help us achieve whatever that we want to in our lives. Number two, you could also spend more time with your family. Look, in this modern world, we never give enough time to our family members, our spouse, our children or parents. Maybe this is time to bond with them. Do that. Number three, maybe this is time to watch all your favorite TV shows. You know, the movie is all that you wanted to watch for the past many years, but you have been so busy and you never got a chance to watch. This is the time to do that, right? Make sure that you have fun even in the midst of all this craziness. Also, you could reorganize your home. You could unclutter. You could your desk. You could unclutter your closet. There are so many things that you could do to stay productive and to stay sane in the midst of this pandemic. Use your time wisely. This time will never come back again. All right. Thank you. And stay calm.
