Hello guys, this is Dr. Kiran Dintiala. I'm a physician, author, speaker and a stress management expert. People also call me Dr. Kham. This is my call to all the people in the world to use our resources judiciously. It is so important. The other day when I went to the store to buy some eggs, some milk for my daughter, I couldn't find it. I had to go to three or four different stores. The same is true for many of my friends, you know, who are trying to find things what they need. It is totally insane. Also you know, there are people out there trying to find masks to use but they couldn't find. There are people out there who are trying to find hand sanitizers they can't find. So I called for judicious use of our resources. A couple of days ago I was speaking with my uncle and he said, you know, someone offered him like a big, you know, basket of hand sanitizers and he refused. He said, I just need till, you know, give the others to the rest of the seven days to other people who need them. That's the kind of spirit that we need. Let us just take what we need and if you have extra, let us share with other people. Look, we are all in this together. We need to help each other. We need to share. Let us be kind and considerate towards other human beings around us who have similar needs like us. Thank you. And stay calm.
