This is a YouTube video titled "It wasn't the comment | Cherag Shah Inner Clarity Coach" containing a reflective monologue or talk by Cherag Shah, focusing on emotional resilience and self-acceptance in response to negative comments and personal scars. The content is a single-speaker motivational or coaching message recorded in 2025.

Do you spiral over a comment that wasn't even that deep? It's not just the comment, it's where it landed. You did not cry because it was rude. You cried because it's a part of you that's already hurt, a place inside you that quietly whispered, are they right? Let me be real. I've been called ugly on my own rails, told I should not show my face, that I should stop, stop talking. Every time I posted, I braced for it. Now I stopped caring. I stopped letting their voice be louder than mine. So if you overthink on one comment, you're not sensitive or overreacting. Next time it happens, pause and say, this isn't about them. It's a scar that I have not healed.
