Here comes Cherie on to speak about vaginal health. First of all, Dennis, thank you for sharing that and I really love you just coming up and speaking. It really helps all of us be better. So I appreciate that. My name is Dr. Shiriyang and I'm a board certified plastic surgeon. And the only thing I do now is vaginal plastic surgery. So we're going to shift gears a little bit. So the future of health comes from an ancient wisdom and is a woman's secret power the vagina. In this talk, you are going to learn how to allow your vagina to speak to you, how to listen to it, and how to love and care for it, because it will take care of you. So for all the men in the room, you'll be wondering, I don't have one, so how is it relevant to me? Well, every woman you have loved and every woman that has loved you has one. So this information can help you help them. So let's go back to the sacred wisdom that has been present since humans existed. And we have a major crisis in the world today. And the crisis is most women don't think about their vaginas enough. And men think about vaginas all the time. Have you ever wondered why men were born with one set of lips and women with two sets of lips? That's because, and you heard it here first, women were supposed to allow their lower lips to speak 50% of the time. So what is your vagina trying to tell you? I say don't listen to the gut, listen to your vagina. So is it telling you you're stressed? Is it telling you I feel shame because I can't relax and I can't surrender to fulfill that feelings of pleasure, to have a full orgasm? Is it telling you that I feel guilt and I am scared because as we age and we lose that vaginal dryness and sex can be so painful that we do it anyway because we want to connect with our partners. Now, the vagina is really powerful. It's so powerful that cultures have created certain things to suppress that when something so powerful, clitoral mutilation, where the clitoris is removed in young girls to suppress their feelings of sexuality and the ability to feel pleasure. Now we know that the clitoris is supplied with a whole bunch of nerves. And the most important nerve is the pudendal nerve. Thank you, Jana. And the word pudendal in Latin means shame. So are we shaming that feeling? This is another part of the culture in terms of honor killings. So people are killed in certain parts of the world, where if they do not bleed on their wedding night, it brings dishonor to the family. And a family member, usually a brother, is sacrificed in order to maintain that honor. I know this firsthand because I performed the surgeries as a vaginal plastic surgeon. And we know that even if you don't bleed on the first night, it doesn't mean you're not a virgin, because some people are born without hymens, or they can have the hymens torn during sports. So I had a father looked straight at me in the eye and said, you have no idea what this means to my family. So as a vaginal plastic surgeon, I get to create vaginas to be more beautiful. I believe they're all beautiful. Be more beautiful. But. But what I find is that there's a change in a person. The change in the person that I see is they walk different, they talk different, and they just act different because of the inner self confidence. And studies have shown there's increase in oxytocin when someone does something for themselves. Now, surgery is not for everyone, but in terms of technology, there's been a huge growth, Shockwave therapy, radio frequency stem cells, and all the modalities that have changed in the last 10 years that we can take advantage of in order to allow ourselves to connect better with ourselves. So the vagina is a very powerful place because it is a place where love is created. It is a place where we connect intimately with one another. And it's a place where life actually began. So let me ask you a question. What are you going to do today? Are you going to decide to allow your vagina to speak to you? Are you going to decide to listen to it and to learn to care for it? Because in a year from today, imagine that I speak to you in the next summit and you feel amazing in your body. You feel so self confident with yourself. And you have unleashed that secret power that has been within you your entire life. Your vagina.
