I had a labiaplasty hood reduction, and I forget what the other one is called. It's where you clean up the skin around my butt. I was thinking about doing it probably about three years, and I had done some other things that I thought might be helpful, and it didn't give me the results. I want. Some of the lasers for the outside that's supposed to make the skin look more vital and youthful just didn't give me the results that I wanted. I was hoping to clean up the ena labia, make things look more symmetrical, maybe have the clitoris look a little smaller, a little bit more refined. So I have a really healthy sex life. And so my biggest concern was, would it impact my sex life? And I can already tell post surgery that things are going to be just actually probably even better because I feel more confident. I did a lot of preparation. I think that I've always been a healthy eater, and I actually made sure pre surgery that I kept a really low histamine diet. Lots of green vegetables, some fruits, a lot of protein, because I know that having enough protein really helps for repair. I did ozone therapy. I went in the hyperbaric chamber, and I did some red light therapy. Seriously, it was so easy. You made it. You made me comfortable. Just physically and emotionally. I didn't feel any fear. I didn't feel any pain during the surgery. I was totally numbed up. And you guys kind of got me prepared before I got here. So I had numbing cream even when you did the local. And I don't know, it was. It was. It felt really easy. And I think at one point, I was actually even on my phone while you were working. Oh. Comfortable awake. And I felt really safe that I was gonna finish the surgery and still be comfortable. I had zero pain. I was waiting for the blocker that the extended blocker that you gave me, you said would be about 48 to 72 hours. So at 72 hours, I'm like, o. Okay, where's the pain? And I had. I had zero pain. So I didn't take one of the pain medications that you gave me. Nothing I didn't need any of was totally comfortable. You know, I started feeling. The only thing I started feeling was the slight, like, the tightness from the stitches. But other than that, there was no pain. Ice, ice, ice. I think I spent the first five days with ice on. Almost the whole time. I stayed off my feet. I went in the hyperbaric chamber, and I think that that made a huge difference. The swelling went down almost immediately. So. And rest and taking the vitamins, eating well. Again, back to the low histamine foods. Lots of fruits and vegetables, lots of protein. Like, I think I probably up my protein about 20 or 30% more than I normally do. I think taking vitamins, I think the hyperbaric chamber, some ozone therapy. Eating well, sleeping well, and I really made sure that my body and my nervous system was completely relaxed the weeks leading up to the surgery. I didn't come into the surgery with a lot of stress. And as we know, stress creates inflammation. So I've been working really hard to make sure that my nervous system is balanced, and that makes a huge difference. But I think diet is important, and all the things that are going to take down inflammation are going to be key. Make sure that you feel really confident about the surgeon that you choose. Make sure you ask all of your questions, all the concerns, so that when you go into the surgery, your stress level is as low as it possibly can be. And follow instructions. You know, the surgery is only part of what you're doing. You have to. The before and after is just as important if you want to get a good result. So I think those are the big things. And then obviously, all the things that I've mentioned, really helpful. That's great.
