Dr. Barry is testing a continuous glucose monitor to track how food and stress affect his blood sugar, even though he's not diabetic, and experimenting with peptides like BPC-157 and TB-500 to see if they improve recovery and appearance.

Dr. Barry. Yeah. What's the latest biohacking trend you're looking into? Well, actually two things. One is continuous blood glucose monitoring. So I don't know if you've ever seen these things. I actually just stuck this on about two days ago. I'm not diabetic. These are previously only allowed to diabetics. You can link it to your phone. You can link it to Oura Ring, which is one of these things, which I do wear. It can monitor your blood glucose in response to certain foods, how stressed out you are. And that's important. You want to kind of reduce those, those glucose spikes for longevity and overall wellness. The other thing I'm looking into is actually peptides. Currently trialing some peptides, experimenting with them for recovery, things like that, and beauty. So copper peptide, BPC-157, TB500. So those are a couple of the things that I'm kind of playing around with, uh, ultimately to see if we can offer it to patients or if it's a good idea or not. Let me know in the comments what's the trend that you're doing that's working for you, or life hack. Thanks.
