I know that I'm a beautiful woman. I just want to enhance my beauty. I just can't get rid of this excess tissue. My name is Nikki. What I'm having done is tummy tuck, breast implants. I only had one child and Unfortunately, I just can't get rid of this midsection. I wanted something with a long-lasting result, and I feel like this is the great place to go. I know that I'm a beautiful woman. I just want to enhance my beauty, and this is something that I think will benefit me as well.
We have a really exciting day today. We're going to be doing a complete makeover with a breast lift and augmentation up the breast, getting some more upper pole fullness, lipo 360s here, the belly, the sides, some of the low back. It's already had a BBL but has a little asymmetry, so we're just gonna kind of fill it in, give her a nice natural volume. And then we're gonna do a tummy tuck. So the widening here of the rectus muscles, that diastasis, we're gonna bring together. We're gonna get out all the extra skin. This is gonna be an awesome case. Few safety measures you take while we're doing BBL, just to avoid putting the fat where it's not supposed to go and avoid that risk of fat embolus or blood clots. One of the big ones is using the ultrasound. So I always use an ultrasound when I'm injecting fat. It helps both both from a safety standpoint, but also just to make sure that we're getting the fat into all the right areas. And you can see it's really clearly delineated on the ultrasound into skin, fat, and muscle. So I know that I want to stay out of the muscle, but I can fill both the superficial and the deep fat compartments, and the ultrasound lets me see that. In addition to the ultrasound, a few other things we do to make sure that our BBLs are as safe as possible. First is always using superior access points. You always want to go top down because that's a much lower chance of entering the gluteus maximus muscle and giving those injections into the blood vessel, into the muscle. Second is using a big fat cannula like this. This also really helps to prevent any inadvertent poking or penetration of the muscle. And using the power, so when we're injecting, we have it on power. First of all, that helps to make some space for the fat, but also it helps to glide the cannula. So not forcing anything, things are just moving really smoothly so I can be really precise with my plane and again, avoid placing fat somewhere that I don't want it to be.
