Rating different implants. Saline, I don't like it. Mentor, it is super soft and squishy, great for no breast tissue. Sientra, my go-to, very low rupture rate, nice and perky, super soft. Motiva, lots of marketing, low caps of contraction rate, a little bit firm but good. What implant is best for you?
