High-profile breast implants are narrow and drop easily, looking artificial and shifting to the sides. Moderate-profile implants are wider, provide better support, create more natural cleavage, and look more realistic overall.

High profile doesn't mean higher up. Okay. I'm a big fan of moderate profile implants, not ultra high profile or high profile implants. I take them out all the time. Guess why? They start out right here and then they drop. Not only that, but you see how narrow that is, right? The narrow implant pushes it out this way. When you have a moderate profile, you have more width and more cleavage. Okay, so people will see they, they don't get the cleavage they want right away. It looks fake, more fake, and then it tends to fall off on the side because it's so heavy for that surface area. So in my opinion, almost all breast augmentation should be with a moderate profile. Or maybe a moderate plus if you want. Let me know in the comments what profile you have.
